A good international hotel. We lived for a month, we didn't meet anyone there, but we never heard a yell, we didn't see a single drunk. The staff is friendly, no one asks unnecessary questions. The room is large, quadruple, the furniture is old, the shower is the same, but not critical, the price is adequate. There is billiards, tennis, hockey, a bar, there is a place to relax. The hotel itself is away from the main street, 700 meters to walk, but the whole city is small there.
