Well, first of all, we were in Bodrum for the first time, and I will say there is no desire to come here again at all. The Antalya coast is warmer and more comfortable. The sea here is colder than the Mediterranean, this is a fact, in September the weather seems to be warm, but you get out of the water and you just want to wrap yourself in a towel and keep warm. According to the hotel, the hotel is very large, the territory is beautiful, but you have to walk up and down the hill all the time. We had a large, spacious room in vily, but not clean, I already want to repair, everything is beaten off, chipped off, it stinks of dampness, especially in the toilet. There are also no toiletries, you need to take everything with you, there is one dispenser in it, shampoo, soap, shower gel all in one. You will have only 2 towels per person, and the hotel is declared 5 stars. They clean every day, the bar is replenished every day too, there are no questions here. There are slippers, no bathrobes. The hair dryer, as usual, is about nothing. In terms of food, the food is very meager, that is, there is a lot of it, but in fact, what you can eat is very little, Turkish cuisine, specific and very spicy, prevail. We didn't eat. Fast food on site and near the sea, ice cream, Starbucks, very tasty coffee, a good bar with good alcohol. On the beach, if you relax on pantone, the star needs to go take a place in the morning, there are few places, there is still a VIP on the right, but they are for a fee of about 100 euros, for me if there is something paid, when they have already paid for ultra olinclusive, such a story, I will not go here anymore. In general, as a conclusion, I can say that the territory is five points, the alcohol is good quality, everything else is for an amateur, the sea, food, animation. But this is definitely not a five-star hotel, we had a rest with something to compare, and it's up to you to go here or not. And I also want to say that Oksana was a very bad escort for FAN SAN, when you came to find out something, she blurted out under her breath and ran away, and on the day of departure she did not answer at all.
Hi! We rested at the Duja Bodrum Hotel from 30.09.2024 to 10.10.2024. Room 202, 2nd floor of the main building of the hotel.We have been to Turkey 13 times, and it so happened that this time we faced the theft of money from a hotel room. On the day of arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the safe was faulty in the room, which we immediately informed the Russian-speaking employee Oksana in the guest relations department.She answered us, call from the room, when you are in it, the service staff will come to you. We didn't call her that day, went to the sea, decided to postpone the call the next day. 01.10.2024 we had a meeting with a representative of the Fan-San tour operator, at which we decided to purchase a yacht tour, I went to the room for money and found that 10 dollars and 200 lira were missing from the wallet that was in the desk drawer, they took a little, calculating that most tourists do not always know how much money they had and still have. I knew exactly the amount of money in my wallet, so I immediately discovered the loss. They did not report the loss of money, they thought it was their own fault, they did not repair the safe in time. After that, we turned to Oksana again about repairing the safe. The service staff came, could not repair the safe, brought a new safe and installed it, after which all our money was placed in the safe. The safe was definitely closed, by the way, the safe is very inconveniently located in the wardrobe on the bottom shelf, to use it you need to practically kneel or lie down on the floor.Until 05.10.2024, the safe was not opened, 05.10.2024 we were at sea all day, and in the evening before dinner we saw that the safe was opened, the lock pins were sticking out and 5 thousand rubles were missing from the wallet in the safe, which was immediately announced to the hotel management. The next day, a representative of the hotel with Oksana came to our room, we were told that apparently we did not close the safe ourselves, we do not know how to use the safe, and in general, who needs your rubles, they do not go here. 06.10.2024 through a representative of the Fan-San tour operator, I asked for a written response in Russian about the investigation conducted by the hotel management regarding our statement about the loss of money. On the day of departure, we received a reply via whatsapp that the hotel management did not admit guilt, would not give any written answer, which was to be expected. In addition, during the remaining 5 days of our stay at the hotel, we were deprived of the service of replenishing the bar, because allegedly all employees are afraid to enter our room. The question is, what are you afraid of if it's not your fault? "Thank you" to the hotel management for the spoiled rest, the disgusting attitude towards the guests, they did not even apologize. I definitely do not recommend the hotel.And I recommend future hotel guests to be vigilant, even storing your money in the hotel safe may not protect them from loss. Good luck to everyone!
I am absolutely delighted with the hotel and the trip . We decided to make it a tradition to go to Bodrum in October - the weather is perfect - 28-30 degrees in the sun, 25 in the shade. The sea is really warm, affectionate, beautiful as in Greece, with a variety of fauna. We swam with masks . There is no wind at all, it is completely calm.

The Duja Hotel is magnificent, surrounded by fragrant flowers and greenery, cascading, there are elevators to the beach and pool, panoramic views, stunning landscapes of the sea and mountains open on each tier.
The room was a large village, 33 sQ m, 4 full beds, 2 single beds and one huge double.
In the room, bathrobes, slippers, a mini-bar were replenished daily.
Food for 5+, ice cream, Starbucks, Ala carte restaurants with decent service, as a full-fledged restaurant - candles, music, waiters and snow-white tablecloths. Everything is very tasty. We visited an Italian and fish restaurant, I recommend 👍. Every evening there is animation for children, cartoons on the big screen, concerts on a separate stage, live music for adults. The kids' club is good, the animator is engaged. A water park with large slides, the children appreciated. I didn't want to leave. I liked everything. We ordered a transfer from VIP transfer Bodrum for $ 30, met a Mercedes minivan at the airport. All without complaints. Back to the airport the same way . We went to Bodrum for a walk and the Midtown shopping center. Buses stopped at the hotel.

Lots of cocktails) And some of the bartenders can speak a little Russian. This very bar is open until about 00:00, or until 23:45. In the dining room, the food is very tasty. There are drinks in the dining room too. For example: Juice, Sprite, Fanta, Coca-Cola. For adults, the officials also offer wine for every taste. There are excursions, my mother and I went to Pamukkale, and to Heropolus. And we also did not go on an excursion to Bodrum itself. It's all on the bus. The sea is clean and good. The pool is very cool, right in front of the bar. There's a lot of ice cream there, minus the fact that it opens late. At 14:30. But it's delicious. Also, there is a snack bar near the pool, which has French fries and burgers. And most importantly, all food is free. And an additional one. There is no need to pay money for food. In general, the hotel is excellent. 5 stars😍

Cons: poor cleaning in the rooms, from the word at all, mirrors are stained, the floor is practically not washed, especially on the balcony, bed linen is not changed, there was a case when towels were taken away to change, but new ones were not left, I had to call and ask for towels to be brought.
However, the bar was replenished every day: beer, spoite, cola, fanta, mineral water, bottled water.
There are just a lot of cameras, so take a spray.

After reading the reviews about the renovation, I, hoping for a clean and new hotel, was very disappointed. Not all rooms have been renovated (apparently only in the main building). The bungalow is old. The photos on the site do not reflect reality at all. The food in the canteen (you can't call it anything else) is terrible. I and the people who came with me were poisoned several times. Everything is not tasty, the pasta is overcooked, there are a lot of spices in the meat. Soups are very much for an amateur (onion, yogurt, etc.). It's hard for me to imagine what children are fed here. The waiters in the restaurant practically do not fit themselves and do not offer drinks. Constantly dirty dishes. Melon and watermelon are immature. Of the snacks on site, everything was not PP. They offered burgers, potatoes, shawarma, sweets. They don't have any fruits as a snack. I had to starve. The rooms are also washed very carelessly. The floors do not feel touched, the bed linen has not been changed once in a week. There was no blanket on the bed when checking in. The territory is also very dirty. In the lobby bar, all the ottomans are covered in dirt and cigarette ash. By the way, guests smoke everywhere and all the time in the hotel. Even on the beach and by the pool. There is a battle on the beach for a free sunbed. If you occupy an empty one after lunch, you may be yelled at, because it turns out that the owner returned from lunch. There is not enough space on the beach and by the pool, everyone is lying on each other's heads like in Gelendzhik. The only salvation is the pool in the water park, it is isolated and not popular. Among the advantages - beautiful territory, proximity to the airport, Starbucks coffee was good, the sea is clean and calm in the lagoon. Otherwise, the hotel was completely disappointing. I don't recommend it.

There was a spacious room in a two-storey villa, the territory is beautiful, there is a sand area on the beach, just not as white as in Delta Marriott) Boat trips, the location of the hotel itself is good, near Jumeirah, Rixos) The distance from both the airport and the center of Bodrum is small)
We stayed at the hotel from 19.09-29.09 in a company of 5 people + 1 child. Our hotel was the first, the journey from the airport took no more than 40 minutes. Upon arrival, they checked the Hes codes, and took them to the reception on golf cars, filled out all the papers there, gave them passports with certificates (vaccination) and went to breakfast. The staff and service are at the highest level, although almost no one speaks Russian, but if you encounter any problems, you can ask any guide, they will tell you. The territory is huge, the rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day before lunch. There were no problems with food, there is always a choice, a lot of cheese, salads, fresh pastries, desserts - a paradise for a sweet tooth, for lunch there were two soups to choose from, for dinner meat for every taste, there was also fish, especially on Friday, apparently fish day. As for the fruits. there was not much choice here: bananas, apples and melon, the lack of watermelon was disappointing, but the melon was ripe and very tasty! You can also eat very tasty ice cream during the day. There are 5 bars on the territory of the hotel (lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar, bar in the main restaurant (non-alcoholic) and a bar on the outskirts of the hotel, also non-alcoholic, located near the premium Bar). For those who care about high-quality, imported alcohol, you are welcome here! Chivas flows like a river, as well as a red label and balantais for an amateur, gin and tequila are also imported, well, so that you understand, you will not find local alcohol, except raki vodka, a popular Turkish vodka. If there was no show program, then live music was organized in the pool bar, in general you will not have to be bored) The only thing for people like us, there were not enough night discos, but as we were told that due to covid measures, the entire entertainment program is only until 00:00, so there is no point even going somewhere to a nightclub. The beach is clean, I advise you to sunbathe on the pier, there is its own atmosphere, and music and a clear sea nearby, well, there are much fewer people. The descent to the beach takes place by elevator through a small tunnel, or by stairs (not very convenient). But I do not consider this a disadvantage, because the hotel itself is built on a hill and, accordingly, you need to go down to the beach. There are also two pantons floating further out to sea from which they can dive. For those who need a good Internet: there are no problems with this at all, it catches everywhere throughout the territory, the only thing can work poorly when traffic is overloaded, but this is because of the number of people, and usually in the evenings in bars, and you can call and talk on video and Instagram photos load perfectly). There are several pools on the territory: the main one, where daytime animation takes place, a pool with a mini water park and another one, but we were not there. You can also order a taxi from the hotel, we went to Bodrum several times, and it costs about $ 10 to get to the city by taxi. You will not find any shops near the hotel, so if you want to shop, then it is only to go to Bodrum, the road will take 20 minutes at most. This was my 7th time in Turkey and I want to say that this is the best hotel I've been to, the price matches the quality! Would you come again? Rather yes than no! So I advise you!!!
The renovation was in 2019 . We were in June, finishing something else.in principle, everything was fine, especially the species. Sitting in the dining room, you enjoy nature and the sea. The sea is clear. We haven't been to the pier, there is a very good embankment of the hotel, where the sun beds are located.. there was always enough, although there were enough wild ones who left towels. The food was fine, sometimes better. But it's quite diverse, you won't stay hungry. Alcohol is also different. Very pleasant musical accompaniment. But a beautiful white piano was played by a musician.
A good hotel, globally renovated in 2019. I rested for 3 weeks almost immediately after the opening after the restoration - there were still quite a few flaws and problems, but overall I had a pleasant impression. Now, judging by the photos, everything is already on top - I recommend visiting!
