Understand that they work with a diverse client base, and these, as it turns out, are not always understanding and adequate people. There are many reasons beyond the control of the guys: the hired driver's car broke down - he did not bring it on time; the goods were delayed at the border - the delivery time to the warehouse flew off; the plant increased the production time of the equipment. Not every client is ready to treat this with understanding. During the entire existence of the organization, there is not a single customer to whom the goods have not arrived!!! We are constantly working with clients: everything is always under control (all nuances are discussed immediately). Personally, I wish the guys SUCCESS and PROSPERITY. In this case, the feedback is Positive! Why? Yes, because the consultation and competence of the employees of the company "Ducon" allowed us to choose the right equipment for the car service.
It's not every day that we buy four-rack lifts, so after digging through a lot of information, we still couldn't decide on the model and size...
After calling different companies, we chose Ducon for objective reasons. Pay attention to us! We listened and offered several options.
It was only after six months that we realized that we had made the right choice with the help of the employees of the Ducon company.
Thanks to Alexey Abramovich for his patience, understanding and professionalism! According to his recommendation, the lift was taken for cars with a long base. And we are very satisfied!

Employees of this company (in particular Alexey and Maxim) are distinguished by "empty-mouthedness", do not fulfill their promises, do not value their customers and, after receiving money, treat customers "not decently, to put it mildly." The company sells expired goods and does not want to change them (let alone return them). The prices shown on the website differ significantly from the real ones.
We bought a set of tire fitting equipment from this organization (machines, tools and consumables). The order is not small - they promised to deliver it to Vitebsk. It was delivered on 09.09. As agreed, we paid in cash at the unloading. And it began... there were no documents: no invoices, no receipts, some items on consumables do not exist at all, some are overdue. Alexey assured on the phone that he would change everything, send the documents (everything will be as agreed). Over time, Alexey's promises change: "we will not change anything; we will not give documents; take what you did not bring yourself, as you want. We sell it to Everyone like that." After repeated calls (and now it has become difficult to get through), Maxim comes into action. He promises: "We will do everything "as it should be", Alexey, just does not solve anything." After a two-week phone call with Maxim, everything changes again.
The result: 22.10 the missing consumables were taken away, it seems you need to forget about the documents
