Excellent DULAT restaurant, excellent cuisine, amazing service. Unique views!
Gorgeous gourmet dishes, an extensive menu, a selection for every taste from a really professional chef. Everything is delicious, high-quality dishes, well-honed actions of the staff, there are a lot of waiters, they work quickly and with a smile, many thanks to the chefs, as well as to the owners of this wonderful restaurant.
The atmosphere is just great, very stylish and unique design, wonderful interior. A great place for banquets, anniversaries, where I celebrated my 60th birthday.
Everything was on the level, the atmosphere, the serving of dishes, main dishes and desserts, service and attention.
Many thanks to the professional team, who gave me and all my numerous guests great pleasure.
Wonderful restaurant! The best restaurant in the city is 100%, it's a delight.
I don't recommend it, I just insist that you get here, it's better to book by appointment, free parking on site.

Such non-professionals should not work and spoil people's most important family day. The administration of the Dulat restaurant is incompetent, they will spoil your any holiday, plus they will be rude to you and THREATEN you! Despite the fact that they do not want to provide any COMPENSATION. The most important holiday of our family has been ruined, first of all, as the hosts of the banquet, we are ashamed in front of our kudalars from Astana, in front of our guests from different parts of our country, it is a shame that we have such a terrible restaurant. There are no force majeure situations in the restaurant, and the restaurant owner does not know how to run a business, with such an attitude to his business, it would be better if he did nothing, there would be much more benefit and less harm. If your family is going to have a holiday soon, DO NOT ENTRUST this most important day to the Dulat restaurant. It turns out they've never had this and it's their first time, although people seem to have been working there for years.... If I went back, I'd rather overpay, but I'd entrust my holiday to professionals, not these people. I am very sorry and ashamed for the image of our city and for such terrible service in the person of the administration of the Dulat restaurant!
