Delicious pasta. The parmesan is sour, maybe it's local and there's a flavor to it. Who is tired of doners and all its variations, it's a super place. You can walk after Dolmabahce Palace, have a meal and head to Iyldiz Park.

the pasta is super tasty, they make it themselves, the staff is very pleasant.
