It can't be worse, Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakat, I'll start with booking :I booked through Booking since credit cards in Russia do not work, a message came that the card does not have a balance,I wrote to the Hotel about the situation that we will arrive 100% and pay no response, a message about the non-compliance of the credit card updated another card that works abroad, again a message that I need to replace the credit card this time I am 100 I knew with confidence that my credit card works everywhere because I paid everywhere with a card,,,Again wrote to the Hotel that the katra is valid and has a balance and We will arrive , there were 10 of us and there is a disabled person among us and I also wrote this in a message to Whatsapp and to the Hotel's mail, indicated the time of arrival so that there was no misunderstanding 2 hours before arrival, I received a message about the cancellation of the reservation, in every possible way about the request not to cancel the reservation, it was not accepted, We arrived and showed the reservation number we were accepted when I booked , I ordered taking into account breakfast and then the first misunderstanding after payment we do not have breakfast, I say we do not have breakfast at the reception desk well, okay, and without breakfast, we'll somehow buy by ourselves, I grumble, then they don't change the bed for two days, they don't clean the bed, even though we ask,,,, My wife arrived at the hotel after three days of check-in (she was visiting her nephews)In the morning he says there were mosquitoes on the shore and they bit and scratched their feet[#]@!?And the next day in the morning I get a call that they have BEDBUGS in their room, I run to the reception, after 2-3 hours they changed the bed linen and I don't know if they did disinfection, Dear friends and brothers and sisters, we are in a sacred land, but the norm of cleanliness is mandatory, after all Islam is purity,everyone comes here to be cleansed My review is mainly to the Hotel managers,
The hotel is clean, there is no vetilation, the hall has a writing time in the morning, I mean when cooking in a restaurant, the smell of frying .
It stinks, The corridors are dirty, The doors don't open well, It's a nightmare, there's no cleaning....
