A very good hotel. Not the best of course in the Lagoon, but at the same time an excellent hotel. The disadvantages are small rooms or I'm so lucky, I don't know.. Of those hotels that I have seen or lived in the lagoon, it is definitely one of the top three.

A beach hotel, which is not often found in Phuket. Nice area, shady area. Own sun loungers on the beach. For a relaxing holiday, it is convenient with children. A well-known Swing club is not far away. The rooms are a little tired, the cleaning is also not the best. But in general I recommend it

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life.
We were vacationing with my family, I am a 5-year-old child, my husband and our parents
They took two rooms, asked for them next to each other, and they gave us
We came to the room and were shocked
The room is very old
It feels like the repair was not done from the word at all
The furniture was all dead, the shower was always falling and couldn't hold on
The only plus, good room cleaning, free water
The gap between the doors at the entrance is huge, see for sure, I had to tuck a towel in at night so that no one would crawl into the room, but still lizards, grasshoppers made their way
We stayed up all night, chasing them around the room
The door to the balcony has the same story, they asked to repair it three times, they did, but the holes remained
Now about the hotel, the breakfasts are monotonous, plus fruits (pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, banana, tangerine, melon)
So omelet, sausage, cheese, pastries, the same thing every day
There is no service, dirty plates are cleaned only when you leave, the appliances are old, the forks are crooked
The territory is large, green, but not well maintained, the lawn is always dry
It is good to lie under the trees near the pool, there is always shade
The pool is large and clean
There were a lot of people at the time of my vacation
I had to put it in at 7.30 in the morning to occupy the sun beds
Speaking of sun beds, they are terrible, old, different, somewhere plastic, somewhere wood, umbrellas are missing, and their condition, like everything in this hotel, is old!

A little outdated, but still a great hotel. I recommend rooms with a view not of the sea, but of the lagoon, which is much nicer and quieter. Of the cons, it's only a little far to go anywhere compared to any other nearby Laguna hotel.

A good five. It was comfortable with the child. Nice beach, lots of fish restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfasts, pleasant staff. The airport is half an hour away.

Good rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent location and infrastructure, but why not make not one, but at least several showers in the beach area....It's not clear at all. The gym is stuffy, the capacitors are not working properly. Bar, cocktails...A little weak, really!!I repeatedly asked to restore the service ,,do not disturb ,, and,,cleaning,.. so nothing was done in two weeks....only nods)))..score 4 and no more....

Terrible hotel. Old Rooms, it is not possible to sleep in the cracks in the windows, insects climb in, plus it is very noisy. Towels were stuffed into the window slits…The service at the hotel is not five stars, but rather three. The staff hardly speaks English. At breakfast, the dishes are not cleaned until you catch your hand, although they pass by and see dirty tables, and when the plates are taken away, the dirty appliances are removed and put back on the table. The sun beds are all different, as if they were collected from all over the beach, and the mattresses on them are falling apart, the umbrellas are in holes. In the morning, beachboys take up seats themselves and then sell them to people who do not live in the hotel. Finding a place by the pool is problematic because they are busy at 7 a.m. with them…There is a ping pong table near the Thai massage area, when you pay money and want to relax, they knock and shout nearby. In general, the rest was terrible. I don't advise anyone!

A good hotel, though not new, with very noisy air conditioning. But the location of the beach outweighs everything. There is a lot of shadow. You won't burn. The breakfasts are excellent. However, there is some kind of trouble with the sunbeds. But this is apparently the policy of the hotel, which is aimed at very elderly Europeans and Australians. In the morning, all the sun beds are supposedly occupied (the staff puts towels) and at 8 a.m. there are only a few sun beds closer to the lagoon. And they are so dirty that it's scary to lie down, and even cockroaches lived in one. Then, rich pensioners, after sleeping and having breakfast, slowly disperse to their sun beds for about 10-11 in the morning. Perhaps it was necessary to come to an agreement with the boys who lay out towels, but somehow it didn't work out. Probably next time.

The hotel is solid 3 - the service leaves much to be desired, the staff has no idea what a European is, and how the tables are served in restaurants, namely, the Benjarong restaurant, where, like, The Mihelin Plate does not correspond to the assigned stars.
For alcoholic drinks, visitors run somewhere.
The sunbeds on the beach are dirty, the towel is dirty. The issue is solved simply)) they give dark towels so that the dirt is not visible.
In general, a tip, if you want good service, a hotel, you definitely do not need to go here.

4) Wash the floor from above with soapy water down. You bought a room with a sea view - hold the soapy water with foam 😭 as you can see that the sea is not visible.

Good reception, cleanliness. There is a staff at the reception with knowledge of Russian. In addition to the varied breakfast menu, tea, coffee, snacks and cakes were also offered at 15.00 (free of charge). A warm sea with a sandy shore. A large swimming pool surrounded by greenery and pine trees. The pines smoothly turn into a sandy beach -it's beautiful and very good in the heat!
There are waves in early May, so swimming in the sea is for daredevils!
Relative to other hotels (5 stars) in Phuket, massage services, spa... it is much more expensive. In the evening, restaurants are closed after 22.00 and there is actually nowhere to go.
But relative to the same other 5-star hotels, there is a selection of seafood and they are there!
