I really liked the hotel. Excellent location, 5 minutes from Terminal 21 shopping center. High-quality buffet breakfast, varied and lots of fruits. Friendly and attentive staff, 4 swimming pools, fitness, tennis court, spa, spacious rooms. There is everything you need for a great holiday. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the outdated room stock, which is clearly asking for cosmetic repairs. A quiet, peaceful hotel, despite full employment, everywhere is free and spacious, there are enough sun beds near the pools for everyone.
A good hotel for a relaxing, family holiday.

I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, beautiful, clean. Sooo good breakfast: European, Thai, Chinese, Indian food; freshly squeezed juices, fruits, ice cream, pastries. Beautiful swimming pools, 2 exits to the sea. It is located at the interchange with dolphins, all tuk-tuks go there in different directions of the city. Marina shopping centers, terminal 21, Tesco Lotus are within walking distance. 1st line.
Among the disadvantages are tired repairs and long corridors, but this does not interfere.

A wonderful hotel, just an incredible view from the main building of the whole of Pattaya, sunrises and sunsets can be observed from there, a greenhouse with a waterfall right in the lobby, the territory is large, green, clean and beautiful.
The location is just great, the central exit is right on the dolphins, two steps from terminal 21, the second exit from the pool is right on the beach road, you can immediately catch songteo and go anywhere.
The breakfasts are varied and very tasty, lots of fruits, pastries, Thai soups, scrambled eggs, omelets, kimpab, salad bar, several types of cheeses, yoghurts, muesli, coffee from a coffee machine, tea and juices. On weekends, there is a seafood dinner buffet for a fee.
Three large swimming pools, direct access directly to the sea in two places, lots of sun beds, a pool bar, everything is clean and beautiful.
A nice very large, modern and equipped gym and fitness room with balls and fitness mats overlooking the sea, there are scheduled classes with an instructor for free.
The rooms themselves are already a little tired, the style is similar to the rooms in old American movies, everything is covered in carpets, wood and velour, but everything is clean, towels and bathrobes are clean, the service is excellent, bed linen is changed daily, clean. In the simplest rooms there is a bathtub, not a shower, painted with paint, it flakes off a little, as it often happens in Thailand, which spoils the impression a little, And the refrigerator is really very small.
Otherwise, the hotel is just a dream, I want to return to it again sometime

This is really paradise (this is how the name of the hotel translates). A separate level of pleasure is the club rooms on the 8th floor. It's like a hotel in a hotel. Separate reception, separate breakfasts, separate "happy hours" from 5.30 to 7.30 pm, with imported alcohol and delicious snacks in European style. Huge rooms of 80 square meters, with 2 showers, a bathtub, all the necessary little things, and even sun loungers on a private terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very attentive and pleasant, and the rooms are not at all "tired", as they say about the other floors. The hotel has several swimming pools, a garden inside, a lot of places where you can spend your time comfortably. Very convenient location, you can walk to shops, shopping center terminal, massages, bars, etc. This hotel gave us a great vacation, thank you!

Today is our last day of rest. I liked the hotel. The hotel has a history, the rooms are spacious, with a decent balcony. The hotels are undergoing renovation work, they did not interfere. The room did not like the carpet and very dirty curtains and tulle. Everything else is fine. The territory is large and very beautiful, everything is well maintained. The pools are large and of different depths. There are a lot of sun beds, tents (you do not need to pay extra), an announcement is pasted on the tables that if the sunbed is not used for 30 minutes, then the attendants take the towels. I saw that the warning was being fulfilled. Just like that, sun beds are not occupied, there are free ones at any time. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. From the main entrance there is an exit to the Terminal_21 , from the gate near the large square pool to the beach street. The beach is tiny, unkempt, and at low tide it is difficult to get to the water and rocks without shoes. If you go to the right, in about ten minutes the main beach of Vongomat is cool there. Breakfasts for those who do not like Thai and Indian cuisine are weak. If you eat everything, then there is no problem. Germans, Poles, Englishmen, Indians, Chinese mostly rest, and collective events are constantly held. There are no Russian-speaking staff. I recommend.

Great hotel!! Near Terminal 21, Best, there are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. Nice restaurant and spa in the hotel!! Delicious breakfasts. Club rooms have breakfast separately on the 7th floor. A nice lounge with snacks and in the evening alcohol, hot snacks.

The hotel is VERY conveniently located! here you have the sea, here you have two roads - the first and second lines, here you have a shopping center.
The sea is clean, its own private beach, cozy. I will not say that the sand is perfect and without debris, but it is the best thing that can not be on the islands (although the islands are not always perfectly clean). If you go down the steps (not many) to the sea and go to the right, there will be a cafe with coconuts for 60 baht. They are cold, delicious, I recommend if you are not too lazy to walk and want to save money))))
There are plenty of sun beds on the pool.. even on four-poster beds, you can always lie down. Well, maybe you'll wait a little bit sometimes. There were sun beds on the pool on the way to the beach at any time, there were not many people (and this is when the hotel is fully loaded).
The Swede is very decent! there are many options for eggs, different meats, cheeses, fruits, ice cream, cereals, soups, rolls. You can collect soups for yourself, you can feed small children, because there is also bland simple food.
Yes, the rooms are very tired. Feel free to go to the reception right away if you don't like the room. Sometimes the windows go out unsuccessfully, sometimes there are hoods and noise nearby. In general, change it right away.
The cleaning is good, every day. There is enough water, 4 bottles were put instead of 2)
Clean bed linen, nice white towels.
And the rest...We weren't really bothered by the crooked fixtures or the worn bathroom.

This hotel is one of the best in Pattaya. The reason is location. The biggest shopping center is across the street. It is a 10-minute walk to the center and at the same time complete silence. A huge territory with its own 2 beaches - where you can swim!!!! Excellent food - fresh juices, fish, local cuisine, etc. imported alcohol for free 2 hours a day - unlimited access to the lounge. Not cheap- but it's worth it!!! And there is also a super restaurant nearby for dinner, Mega excursions to Cambodia, etc.- if anyone is interested, write to me and I will tell you more. Transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya in 3 hours!!! The deposit at the hotel is only $ 100!!!! I advise everyone.

The hotel is good. The rooms are more or less carpeted. But there are few lockers, there is nowhere to put things if you are with your family. Bed linen is changed on demand, and then not always. They changed it 2 times in two weeks. Rooms are not always cleaned. You come after 6 pm, but the room is not cleaned, there are no clean towels, you start calling the reception and asking. There is no Russian channel, we watched the BBC. There are two pools. There is a beautiful view from the upper pool. Banquets are often held there, even weddings. By the way, a very good gardener at the hotel! Everything is well maintained, there are flowers all around! The inner garden is very beautiful - a great place for a photo! The location of the hotel is good, there is a private beach, but I do not advise swimming there. There are rocks in the water, all kinds of garbage, all the legs were cut only. If you walk, or better take a taxi to the Centara hotel, then there is a good beach for swimming. If you don't need the sea, then you should go to Pattaya to this hotel!

On the last day of rest, our mood was spoiled. A wooden elephant statuette brought from Cambodia was stolen from the room. They said this at the reception desk, they spread their hands, started telling tall tales!!
