Upon arrival in Belarus, there is very little choice. There are only 2-3 bottles of each product, which is quickly disassembled and you have to wait for the goods to be replenished. A very poor choice. There was also an unpleasant situation on 09/14/2024 upon arrival home. Having purchased the goods, the girl at the checkout checked the bills from the people standing in front of us and did not take euros from them, because they were defective, we already faced this situation in 2023, that dirty, illuminated, torn bills are not accepted. It was our turn to pay, the cashier counted the customers for a very long time, counted everything for a very long time and transferred, there was a long queue at this cashier. Also, after giving her 100 euros, we received the change and it was earlier in the morning, we took this change and left. But upon arrival home, it was necessary to change the money and it turned out that the 10 euro bill that we received at the airport was dirty on the reverse side, respectively, it was not accepted at the bank. Apparently, the girl inadvertently took it from someone and decided to push it to us. It's a very unpleasant situation. After all, she told the girls before us that she could not take euros from them, they were not of proper quality and the bank would not accept these bills from her. The question is, how did she give us a bill of inadequate quality?
One of the cheapest duties... There are often all sorts of discounts and promotions... The most important thing is that alcohol and perfumes are of high quality and authentic...
There are shops of Belarusian goods (alcohol, sweets, sausages). The prices are adequate in principle. Sellers help with the selection. Very good Belarusian tinctures, they also took vodka Depth. Perfume is not a big choice.
Great selection and good service! It's a pity that the airport does not take into account the time for shopping! It takes so long to register that it is difficult to enjoy shopping because you are in a hurry to board
We are very disappointed with the Belamarket Helena Valerie store at the Minsk airport in the duty free zone!!!!
They could not have thought that in international format stores, you can buy products of inadequate quality, which simply cannot be used.I bought Clarins lipstick, when I opened the package at home and applied it to my lips, I immediately felt the terrible smell of old, expired cosmetics, the lipstick rolls into lumps, causes discomfort and burning of the skin. Such products are not only unpleasant to use, but also dangerous to health!!!
Be vigilant and careful, check immediately by opening the product right in the store.
This is of course an outrage, such an attitude towards customers!!!
This summer I flew from Turkey to Minsk by Belavia plane. I bought Versace bright crystal eau de toilette on board the plane. After opening the bottle, apart from the smell of alcohol, I did not find any other aromas at all.I've heard that you can buy a fake both at the airport and on board the plane. I was extremely disappointed with such a purchase.
The duty Free is small.
But in the department of Belarusian vodkas I bought vodka Bulbash Konoplyanka.
I haven't drunk such delicious vodka for a long time, even my strict wife appreciated it. Unfortunately, this is not for sale in Moscow.
I made a purchase at Belmarket Duty Free National Co. Ltd. Minsk airport is in exit zone N10 at 14.75 BR, and the cashier wrote off 44.29. Why? I made the payment by card. Operation without a PIN code.
A store with a good selection and pleasant prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can use the card to pay in both local currency and euros. Many products are sold much cheaper than in Europe.
Lots of discounts. Shops are scattered throughout the terminal, if the departure is not soon, then there is a great opportunity to kill time wandering from one store to another.
It's just tinny, thrash and drebalo is complete. Where did they get these prices? Who is it calculated for? Not at Belarusians, in the sense of not at locals. They don't know how to work properly.
A beautiful store for the elite, something like a Birch tree in the USSR, it is not clear why the rest of the population should pay for imported alcohol at times more expensive
There is no word on the website that the counter is located on international flights. Russia, for some reason, is not so strange. I was left without an order
Sale by passport and boarding pass. So that the staff does not buy.

Everything is fine.
There is a problem:
Prices are in euros, to be paid only in cash in euros.
It does not work with a euro card, only in BelRub terminals.
