It was in this store that there were no tourists, and then it became clear to me why... the terrible behavior of the 2 guys at the checkout. Girls insulted their colleagues loudly throughout the store, insulted them, and even one was pulled by the hair of a younger guy in front of everyone. When I decided to make a remark to them about their ugly behavior, the younger guy started snapping at me. I think if they allow themselves to behave like this in front of everyone, then we, the visitors of the store, have the right to make comments to them in front of everyone! Please have an explanatory conversation with the male staff, as it is extremely unacceptable to behave like this in the presence of strangers. They humiliate the status of your store. As for the second duty-free shop, everything is fine there, so there are a lot of customers.
