We ordered lunch as always, the first and the second, there were two of us. The first was brought quickly, the second was waited for a very long time, when the waiter called, the nervous waiter girl said with a dissatisfied tone that it was not ready yet. We waited for some time, eventually they brought one portion, waited for the second, and did not bring it, we had to leave this portion of dumplings to the waiter so that it would become kinder, and when asked to close the check, we received the payment almost with a throw in the face. The result: the lunch was ruined, the waiter did not apologize for the boorish attitude. From now on, I will not visit this institution and I do not advise others. I recommend that the management of this institution conduct preventive conversations with the staff, so that the reputation of the institution does not deteriorate due to uneducated and boorish staff.
An ordinary diner under the guise of a cafe, the language will not turn to call it that. The waiting time is indicated as 20-30 minutes, as a result, we waited for more than an hour. The only thing is that the beer is delicious, there are no more advantages. The food is so-so, it will go to some drunks for a snack.
I go there periodically when I come to Lugansk. One of the best in cooking, but in the last year, apparently, the head has changed and the cooking and menu have become worse.

We came as a family to have a delicious meal in two geese, and in the end we were disappointed.

When it's a good place with good cuisine. Now, alas, it is in decline. The kitchen is not the same anymore. The service is creepy. The prices for such a kitchen are space.

But the apotheosis was the appearance of a waitress – an ill-mannered girl who literally threw the menu on the table. Silently! She didn't even say hello! I didn't ask anything! She threw it and left. Naturally, after that, I immediately left this strange place, and we had lunch at another restaurant. And neither my family nor my friends will ever set foot in this tavern again.
To the owners – you are losing money because of your staff, bring your "geese" back to reality.
If the work of waiters and administrators is beneath their dignity, let them be arranged by the presidents of the LPR. What about the guests? No one is obliged to tolerate their bad mood and boorish upbringing. There are enough competitors (decent establishments with a normal attitude towards customers) in the city, thank God.
The prices are high, the portions are small, I personally did not like it very much, the lunch for three came out more than three thousand, it's without alcohol
The cafe is changing for the worse... We used to visit it regularly. But now all desire has disappeared. You can wait for waiters for a very long time, as well as an order. They don't bring the whole order, because they just forget. Sorry.
The price tag is high, the kitchen is not very good. The last time we met with a colleague, we went for coffee, the dishes were dirty... the facility has poor ventilation.
The staff, of course, is tortured. The atmosphere is great. The dishes were brought in time. The food is so-so. Well, as it is, the place is very good.

My favorite restaurant!! The most delicious, fresh food and pretty good prices! The service is good, there is a cozy terrace. I recommend it to everyone!!
The place may be popular, but the waiters are very slow. I waited about 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, but I did not wait. Stone-faced waiters kept scurrying past. I had to have lunch at another place.
A good place, a cozy atmosphere, delicious food and VERY affordable prices. Everything is great if not for one thing - after lunch my wife and I decided to take a pizza with us, and what was my surprise when I was standing in traffic at the Dolzhansky checkpoint, deciding to eat a piece of pizza, I found a piece of glass in it!!!
A very mixed feeling, like delicious and cheap, and on the other hand glass in pizza.
