I visited the gastrofest today. I was unpleasantly surprised. I found a hair in one of the dishes. The administrator didn't even come out to resolve this situation. They offered to replace the dish, but there was no desire to continue the dinner! A 10% discount was offered for the dish with the hair. As a result, we still got a 20% discount. I don't recommend this place to you!

I liked the interior of the place. Convenient location and a passable view. A nice and polite waitress. I take off three stars for the fly that was always flying nearby, which sat down on my food without a twinge of conscience. I didn't enjoy the food, I was always chasing it away. Plus questions about food, there were few tuna shavings in the roll, tobiko caviar was also few, plus they put scraps from the ends in the set, which no one puts in sets, especially if they have the same name. There was an extremely unpleasant impression of visiting this institution during the gastrofest! 11/22/2024 we came to the establishments, met a girl, quite unsmiling and unfriendly, by her appearance it was already possible to say that we were clearly not welcome there.. Next, we settled down and waited for our menu for about 7 minutes, as a result, the waitress first brought cups and spoons, and after that she served the menu itself, Then brought hot and sushi, and then the most interesting thing awaited, as you know, the gastrofest should be prepared for the visitor immediately, while we had to wait for the third hot one for about 50 minutes, for the reason that, as it turned out, they had a busy stove in which they prepared sets for people to take away, who came later than us, and that's when they just gave all the takeaway orders to people, we were served voila!! Sweet dessert cheesecake and cappuccino, which was almost cold, for some reason🤷♀️I asked the waitress, do you bring desserts to everyone before the main hot dish??? To which she replied, the stove was just busy... and after serving dessert, she brought us a baked roll for dessert, does the roll turn out with salmon?? Is it okay? Well, the finale of the program was that after paying the bill, we finished our drink for some time, I just sat and rested at the table, the waitress came and began to shuffle my table with her dirty wet rag right in front of me.... To my question, why are you doing this in front of me, she replied, " what do you like at a dirty table ? It is customary for us to clean up after visitors! "Even if they are still sitting at the table and have not left the establishment? Is this the way it is done in two sticks? And she also added, "I'm cleaning because some visitors may come earlier," although we still had at least 50 minutes left, since 2 hours are calculated for everyone during the gastrofest... somehow ... it's very unpleasant and insulting this attitude towards the visitor is not a service, it's a complete disgrace ... Now I especially want to tell you about moti. There are three things declared in the set, of different colors, which means different tastes. In reality, there were two of them and red. I will not describe the taste of the dishes, since everyone's tastes are different. Some liked it, some did not, but the mood was spoiled after visiting this institution. I won't come here again and I won't advise anyone.
