The dispatcher does not want to work at all! you book a place, no one contacts you, you call an hour before departure to clarify the number of the car and why no one contacts, in response, "we called, you are busy." This is not the first time the situation repeats itself, and then they also say "oh, but there are no places", you ask why, I booked, made my plans, and they tell you this news... and this is an hour before departure!!! He says, "we called you, I can send you screenshots." I ask you to send it for the last trip, in response, "I will not send you anything at all!". And even in such a tone! Thank you for not sending me anywhere! Your drivers are usually good, polite, but because of the dispatchers, I will never contact this office again in my life! Check who you're not hiring! I signed up for your company. You handed over my order to another company, and they took off the flight and did not call and say that you did not sign up for us , they gave you to us, the claims are where you signed up. People and I have something to do with it. Standing at a bus stop in the cold , I was looking for a way to leave with others . I found it without problems and cheaper ......... I will no longer have business with other Capitals.
