I turned to this store to buy a reliable metal door, so that it would last for a long time. The seller offered a metalux door worth 2,700 bel. rub., allegedly it is aluminum and will stand for at least 100 years. As it turned out later, only the box turned out to be aluminum. After installation, the handle was wobbly, (the handle bracket) promised to fix everything quickly. Two months later, they arrived, stuffed rubber bands under the handle, realized that nothing was good and promised to order super linings from the factory that would solve all problems. Six months later, we finally waited for these miracle linings, like an elastic band from the camera from the car, like the handle got up better, but not quite well, but I decided to put up with it. A week later, she got loose again and fell off a week later, to which I was told that most likely she hit the wall and it was your fault. After that, I had to contact the consumer protection department. As a result, they made a new door, they brought it, but they forgot the handle, they waited for the handle for two weeks, then their car broke down, the car was repaired, there was no time, the installers were leaving somewhere. It has been almost a year now, we are waiting and watching.
I recommend not to contact this irresponsible company, if any problems arise, you can solve them for a very long time!
