We asked for the selection of an exit door. At the consultation stage, the manager showed the options that were presented in the hall. After that, we identified the criteria that needed to be taken into account when choosing. One of them was the presence of a door in the warehouse so as not to delay the installation. The manager showed one option from the site, sent it to the messenger to keep in touch, and promised to pick up other suitable ones the next day and send them to us. As a result, we did not receive any information for 3 days, they replied to my message that the manager was on the weekend and would respond tomorrow, but again nothing.
Having somehow brightened up the situation, the measurer / installer Alexey arrived when we were not at home, so as not to delay the measurement, measured, confirmed the presence of the door in the warehouse, and then performed the installation quite quickly. There are only positive impressions of communication and the result. Only 4 stars for it, as the rest of the service leaves much to be desired.
It is also not entirely clear why the company does not offer such add-ons. services like installing portals to hide the slopes after removing the construction door. This is the first time I have installed doors, and I did not assume that this would be required. Although now, having studied it, I see that other companies offer such a service.

I needed interior doors, on the way home I went to the salon on Prytytsky, the manager Elena advised me and I liked the doors in white enamel. However, the production time turned out to be long, to be honest, I never thought that the doors needed to wait three months (I began to call other stores and be interested in doors of the same series, it turned out to be the same everywhere. I ordered from Elena, waited, then a week later the installer Peter arrived, he was alone, but put 3 doors in a day, cleaned up the garbage after himself. Julia, a consultant, worked with us. We received advice and selected the best door option for us according to the price / quality criterion. We stopped at the manufacturer Istok (MDF doors in light gray enamel), and they also helped us pick up all the necessary accessories on the spot: hinges, handles, locks, wrappers, which is very convenient - we didn't have to run and look. We bought 4 doors, all with a coplanar trim and 2 of them are reversible (open inward). Considering that these products are quite difficult to manufacture and install, I give an overall high rating for the products themselves and installation. Separately, I want to mention the installer Valery, who clearly installed all the doors and coped with the task (washed down the monoblock with a 90" trim) perfectly. Although we had to expect the manufacture of doors and installation a little more than we expected, due to the heavy workload of production and installers, we were very satisfied with the final result.

I ordered 5 doors from this company in the salon on A.Passage. As a result, problems arose during installation. They evade responsibility as much as they can. The system is built pretty well. You choose the doors in the salon, then the measurer arrives, with whom you conclude an agreement (you can forget everything that you discussed with the manager in the salon right away). Then teams of collectors are sent to you (I had 3 in turn), who want to collect, want not your doors. None of them wants to accept claims, everyone shifts the jambs on top of each other. There is no customer orientation. I strongly advise against contacting here if you want to do everything without problems.

It's a terrible office, don't mess with it in any case. We ordered 2 interior doors, as a result, we waited 3 months until they were delivered to us. And now we continue to wait until they are installed for us, the installer says that only by the end of September they will be able to put the doors, because at the moment he has a lot of orders. In total, it turns out that it takes at least 4 months to wait for new doors to be manufactured and installed. This is taking into account the fact that we constantly called them and were interested in when our order would be completed. We also ordered 3 doors from this company for my grandfather. The order was placed on May 20, the prepayment was made at the same time, at the time of writing the comment, namely on September 3, the doors are still not made, as well as there is no answer regarding the production time. In short, if you want to save your nerves and time, you'd better find another company. And where so many positive reviews come from is also a mystery to me, of course.

It's better not to get involved! There are no problems buying 2 doors (entrance and flush-mounted). But then the most interesting thing begins: to catch the installer (hidden) a whole quest. In 3 weeks, record for installation. Installers are not caught even when it has already been agreed. They constantly reschedule that day, that time. We agreed on 11. We called them ourselves, they did not have time, they postponed it to 13.00. At 13.40 there was no one, no one called. In general, if nerves are expensive, it is better to contact another company.

Requests for a refund on the site, apparently, are not considered at all, it is problematic to contact at least someone. My story is simple, the measurer, instead of fake slats, indicated 100mm holes in the order form (and this is for a wall thickness of 8 cm). When trying to return them, the quest began without a solution, because they do not raise them, they do not respond, and the measurer himself refused))) everything is said correctly)) moreover, when measuring, a person sits stupidly, silently writes something and then just voices the price tag) I was also surprised that I could not conclude a contract without a measurer)) because the door is double, and my opening dimensions are bullshit)) and the measurer turned out to be also paid)) In total, we have extra sticks at home and their path only goes to waste. The doors themselves are fine, they were also installed normally. but the nuances kill) everything was shown in the showroom and pre-calculated, by the way, pay attention to the prices of accessories + 30% of the minimum market.

Let's start in order. In the salon on Independence, everything was "chocolate" and the doors are ready in stock and in the color that was chosen and in two weeks the doors were supposed to be delivered. Then two weeks of silence. After an independent call to the manager, we received an answer that it turns out that the doors are being made, but there were no ready ones, it turns out that I was misled. It has already become a little uncomfortable, but I think OK, let's wait, no one has canceled the human factor. Another month and a half passes, but I don't see any doors. After a ton of calls and three months of final waiting (instead of the promised two weeks), the doors were received, but even then not without jambs. Namely, the day of delivery, they called and said that it turns out there are no ordered pens.... Exhaling, they chose from the proposed ones with the hope of already getting at least something. The doors were brought... Aliluya, I thought, but no. Another major surprise is ahead. Installation. The company is a third-party company. As I was told, "we just recommend them," although they almost tore their hair when ordering, proving that this is their organization, only they will install with a guarantee. As a result, two or three weeks of waiting for the installer, he arrives, and declares that he is not satisfied with working in the corridor (the corridor in the house), turns around and leaves. No managers are trying to help with the words "what can we do?" So awesome, incompetent, the attitude is not caring. A conversation in the style of "you need it", although I'm sorry, no one provides services for free, I pay money and not small ones. Part of the price for the installation was paid at the conclusion of the contract (there is no other way). The question is, how do I return the money paid under the contract? In total, the money was paid, the doors are still unidentified, I had to take a "day off" for the day, it turns out to be in vain.

After calling the company and indicating the need to fix this problem under warranty, the employee rudely talked and promised to come in two weeks and fix the problem. But a month has passed, and the master has not arrived. I do not recommend this company to anyone in order to avoid problems in the future.

Everything was fine the first time, the questions are only about the installation dates. This is done by a third-party organization. If you order 1 or 2 doors, only 2 people are engaged in such work, according to the manager of the service department. It can take a very long time. The master installed the door as well as possible in our conditions. The second door was brought, but when it was time to install, the master opened the box and found a chip. Next, the essence of the review in general and why I decided to write it. The box refused to be damaged, the styrofoam too. Therefore, always check these items upon delivery! Yes, it is wildly inconvenient, the door is white, there is always little space. Let the master check it better before installing the door, we thought, and we were like that)) What can happen?) The door is protected, why touch it once again))) No one considers mechanical damage, you will be 100% to blame. It is very difficult to get through to the service and complaints, they just do not take the tubes (296538430 and 293471526)
Bottom line: require a full inspection before signing the act. Do not rely on the fact that you did not open the box and everything will be OK, otherwise you will lose time and mood.

With interior doors, everything is different, they were waiting for their manufacture, because there was a non-standard size, for almost two months. After delivery, after about two weeks, we were contacted about the installation. Well, it's clear that it's not so fast. They said that the work schedule of the installation teams is signed in advance. Our expectation was rewarded with high-quality doors, and an excellent installation! After all, we put the doors on for many years! Avoid this intermediary! Everything is fine with the consultant in the salon. But after signing the contract, you are redirected to other departments, to other managers and specialists, where you try to achieve at least some sense for your money and nerves. Everything is beautiful with the sales manager, they tell, show, and answer questions. In the messenger, they also implement and respond. Then the measurer arrives, who has no information about the agreements with the manager - and you tell him everything all over again, search for the selected models on the website and show them with your finger. He signs a contract with you and takes an advance payment. I bought 4 hidden doors (contract 1391 for more than 5 thousand, manufacturer of MDF techno). According to the contract, the delivery takes 60 working (non-calendar) days. In fact, they did not do it on time. According to the contract, the doors were supposed to be on 06/18/24, and they were brought on 07/10/24. I accepted them in their original packaging. The installer arrived - and it turned out that it was impossible to install one door, since the hinge holes in the aluminum box and the canvas are embedded in different places. The second door does not fit into the opening (the openings have not changed since the measurement). In all doors, the mechanism of hidden hinges is open from the side of the finish, i.e. there are through holes, no drywall climbs there, because from the edge of the canvas to the mechanism about 3 mm. This is despite the fact that my walls are not plasterboard, but plastered. Painters who have experience working with flush-mounted doors are shocked, they say this is the first time we see it. That is, if you just cover it with putty-plaster - it clogs the hinge mechanism in a straight line - you need to farm some kind of gasket, no more than a couple of millimeters thick. During installation, I focused twice on where the doors open (there were two identical mirrored doors) - they were put the other way around anyway. I had to redo it. Then the fun began with the door, which was never installed due to defective hinge holes. Managers say that they contact the manufacturer every day, but they are not provided with any information (even about when the defect will be fixed). And so for two weeks. I had to look for the manufacturer's contacts myself and resolve issues with him directly. Next, the managers of this intermediary simply stopped responding to messages. And the answer to the calls, I do not know anything, I will give the information, they will contact you. And no one is calling back. During this time, the manufacturer assures me that he has ALREADY shipped the corrected box to the intermediary. I am informing the next manager about this dveri.by - the answer is the same: you will get a call back. And no one is calling. I tried to raise this issue through the door installer - no result. Meanwhile, the painters have finished and are leaving for the next facility, I am without a door, without completed repairs with additional costs for rented housing. And I'm still trying to make sense of it: where did the repaired box go? (5 days have passed since the shipment according to the manufacturer), when will she come to me? and where should I look for finishers again to complete the repair. Do not contact this intermediary!!!

We ordered several interior doors from this company. In words, everything was very beautiful. They talked about how they used to work for Europe and that they didn't even know such words as marriage and complaints. As a result, several doors arrived with a defect (albeit not significant), but when you paid a price above the market average, you expect the quality to be appropriate. The doors were waiting for a long time, and nothing more reasonable was offered to us than to take the doors back with the marriage and wait for the same amount more. There was no talk about financial compensation. Not all the components were brought to the doors, then they were delivered for several weeks. During these weeks, there was no information, we had to constantly call ourselves and hurry up, remind ourselves of ourselves.
!!! Good reviews are bought for money, they make a couple of percent discount on the order.
It is better to avoid this company.
