Since the end of January, work has begun (measurements), and on February 15, an agreement was signed. There are 2 doors in total (1 regular, the second with a reverse and a portal). On April 19, an installer arrived for the second door and "you need to replace the door and lock, dial."
We decide everything ourselves, we call everyone ourselves. The manager does not know anything about the contract, you need to get through to the right person in the chain. All errors are transferred to the factory, orders delivered are not checked.
On May 9, the door (it turns out, not ours, with a marriage) is propping up the wall, they did not come to pick it up, they did not bring a new one.

These are the doors they installed for me. To the already stated amount in the contract during installation, they counted another + additional payment. After a call asking what it is, you can't get through to any phone, ignore it everywhere!!! I will appeal to consumer protection. Everything is scratched, the handle is installed crookedly and because of this it does not open well, the handle is rusty, the doors themselves are covered in foam in places. At the same time, when I had not yet decided on the door model, they called me almost twice a day to order faster. Now it's completely ignored, a terrible company

It's too bad I didn't read the reviews before. I came to Turovsky 20 to find out about the doors. The manager Tatiana told me everything about the doors, they picked up everything about the portal, but she didn't tell me anything about the delivery price. The measurer arrived and was extremely surprised that his departure and door delivery were free of charge. To questions from my side, she says that she is a non-cash specialist, and very rarely deals with retail, and all her answers begin with the words maybe. The question is, then why are you consulting? After delivery and installation of the doors with the portal, I will continue the review.

Heard a lot about the company Dveri.by , therefore, we chose exclusively from them. We decided to put a canvas with hidden loops, it looks much neater in the end. And, of course, only the magnetic mechanism, it does not close at all. And since we get up at different times with my wife, the doors were slammed earlier, and now I don't even hear her go to work in the morning. My wife chose the color, I like the shade, it does not get dirty, it should not get dirty. We gave less for everything than we expected, so it's doubly nice. Very nice manager and repairman. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

We ordered three doors in May. We've been doing it for more than 3 months. The installation was waited for 2 weeks. During installation in mid-August, it turned out that an error had been made on one door in production, the hinges on the coplanar were incorrectly cut out. In the complaint department, employee DMITRY said that it would take 2 weeks to expect a replacement. We have been waiting for 3 months. We were fed breakfast every week. The doors were installed for us only by the end of November. We have been waiting for the promised 2 weeks for 3 MONTHS!!! They also promised to compensate us for the expectations, but now they are feeding us promises again.
There were questions about the other two doors after installation, the cashier went away. Because the doors under warranty were asked to be fixed. In the complaint department, Dmitry said that everything would be fixed, but they have been coming to fix it for 5 months now.
We do not recommend the company: the attitude towards customers is disgusting, they do not fulfill their agreements.

Appreciation for the attitude of the employees of this company! We are very disappointed with this service. So far, there are no questions about the quality of the doors, but the attitude of the staff is just terrible. The installer arrived without a level (fortunately we had our own, he also asked if we had a laser level), scratched the walls in several places, the hinges began to creak on the second day after installation. We called the organization back - no one cares. The impression was disgusting.

I wrote my review on the website. I'm waiting for them to publish and solve all the problems that have arisen with the doors. Nice organization Dveri.by when you order doors and pay money, and then, as problems arise, they are transferred from one specialist to another, or they do not answer the calls at all. That's all the guarantees. It is not very nice in relation to the client. I still hope for some movements on your part in solving the resulting breakdowns and defects.

There were no problems with delivery - they were brought a little earlier than the agreed deadline. Installer Alexander is a true professional in his field. There was a controversial moment with a defective pen, but the company goes to a meeting and resolves all issues promptly.

The service is as terrible as possible. The installers found a marriage of two doors, when I myself could not find a marriage, the service offered not to change the doors. We found it later with a specialist. As a result, they agreed to replace only one defective door. This is despite the fact that this whole process lasted more than 2 weeks.
In addition, we agreed to replace the door on Saturday, May 18 at 9 a.m. There is no call, no answer why there is still no courier, there is no service department. The service department did not answer calls on a business day due to the postponement.
I do not recommend the company, since no one checks for defects and defects in the warehouse, the company does not want to be responsible for this, does not comply with the agreed agreements.

After a couple of months, the installation was needed, the manager approached the situation "I'm not me, I'm not doing this, go there, no one ever answers there, good luck." To me, as a buyer who has given an amount above the market average, it is very unpleasant to have an attitude towards myself, as if I had come to a state institution. Good afternoon. I decided to leave a review because it's a nightmare. We ordered the front door, chose the color, model, texture and coloring of the interior with the manager. According to the contract, the deadline is 30 working days. As a result, the deadline was delayed for almost 2 weeks, and it's still okay to understand, but they brought the wrong door, namely the wrong texture and coloring (they confused the texture and color gray with white) of the interior, while they did not show it in advance, but immediately began dismantling the old entrance door. When unpacking, this problem was found. After long conversations with the installer and the manager, it was decided that we would eventually install the door (since the old one was already knocked out) and I would change the inside in 2 weeks.
A month passed, there was not a single call from the managers, until I called and reminded myself. As a result, they brought not the inner, but the outer lining, they mixed it up!! It just became ridiculous to me, how it was possible to mix it up, I don't understand at all. They promised that they would be delivered in 2 weeks. History repeated itself, it took almost a month without hearing or spirit, until I reminded myself of myself. Managers do not have information about the order, they constantly lie and give different information every time, in the logistics department the opposite information from that given by managers. It is unrealistic to agree on the delivery time, you negotiate with the manager, the logistics department calls and tells us it does not fit and assigns its own, and moreover they are late for at least an hour. As a result, my nerves were torn out, I fought with this company for 4 months, and the repair was delayed. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SAVING YOUR TIME, MONEY AND NERVES.
