We had interior doors installed in January of this year. After installation, the next day, the casing in the children's room fell off, as well as there were many other nuances. After the call, the installer came to fix the bugs. Some have been eliminated. Regarding the rest, the installer said that there was no other way. After correcting the defects, the platbands fell off again in two places, and the door sagged.
After I wrote a review, the head contacted me, came personally and looked at the installer's jambs. After that, the installer came again, and lo and behold... It turns out that everything could have been redone.
The shortcomings have been eliminated. However, the overall impression of the service provided remained negative. In the future, I will contact you again. P.S.

He asked if the door was available. "There is nothing in stock, if the suppliers have it, we bring it every two weeks." Are you serious?? There is nothing available, the cost cannot be calculated - what are you selling at all?

I strongly do not recommend it!!!The horror is complete. A month has not passed, the door is skewed and it does not close, the hinges began to make an incomprehensible, still quiet sound. The installer had to be called and searched for!!!The platbands are not fitted and sawn off with bullies. Only then I discovered that there were not enough screws in the hinges, it was just a drop!!!!!!!!! We arrived 1.5 weeks later under warranty and fixed everything. And the elimination was enough for exactly one and a half weeks, the loops will be fastened again and explanations are heard from everyone that "we are not to blame, but these are to blame; this is normal, it happens." I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO ANYONE. No professionalism, no quality!!!! It would be possible to put a negative rating, I would!!!!
