The doors look high-quality and stylish, but they encountered defective platbands (5 out of 8 installed), which cracked from the floor three days after installation. We have not found out exactly what led to this outcome, since the sealing of the ends of the platbands, which was paid for by us under the contract, was also not carried out during installation. Advice to future buyers: check the work of the master installer; carefully read the clause of the contract concerning the warranty (from the beginning, this clause protects the Seller as much as possible from all problems that you may have with the doors). It was announced to me that "swelling and cracks" is not a warranty case!!! I will also note the disadvantages in communication with the company's staff: manager Anastasia, with all her friendliness at the initial stage of the transaction, demonstrates complete detachment when problems arise with the buyer in the future, delegates questions to the management, who in turn tries politely, but still "put you in your place", pointing to the hierarchy, and again redirect to Anastasia. As a result of the whole process, I had to retell my problem 5 times and call different people. It is good that an intelligent manager (perhaps) works in the complaint department, with whom it turned out to resolve the issue relatively quickly. The platbands were eventually replaced with new ones for free. But the aftertaste from this whole situation and communication remained unpleasant.
