To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude, the main goal for the store is to sell the doors, and everything else that will happen does not concern them, the management of this company simply begins to disown and absolve themselves of blame, saying that this is not their responsibility and they have nothing to do with it. Having bought the doors and all the accessories in this organization, after full payment, when it was necessary to sign up for the installation of doors, some kind of indifference began, we called several times, we were given the number of the so-called chief installer, his name is Dmitry, he said that an SMS with the installer's numbers would come. An SMS came, a specific day was set, as a result, the day before the installation, we received a call back and the installation of our doors was postponed 1 day later. The day of installation came and when installing the door in one of the rooms, the box was not installed correctly - this required a complete replacement of the box. The craftsmen installed all the other doors and 1 door remained unfinished. Part of the money was paid, the craftsmen worked without a vacuum cleaner, all the dust flew into all the rooms, after installing, they did not clean anything, but they did not sweep, there was a terrible mess and dirt!!! It took 2 days of negotiations with the service department and Dmitry to resolve the issue of this unfinished door. The staff said we will call you back, we will contact you, etc., but no one called back. They postponed their arrival several times without deigning to warn them that they would not be able to come !!! They arrived only 3 weeks later! They redid it and left a terrible mess again, very untidy people , irresponsible . We paid them the rest of the amount, they said they would take their things to the car and come back to pick up the trash, but they just got in the car and drove away!!! Of course, they did not provide us with certificates of completed work, we started calling the store again and the song is the same, they will call you back, we passed the information..... and no one called back. And by the way, when buying doors, an employee of the salon indicated that if we have other installers (not theirs), then the warranty on the doors will not be valid. Of course we agreed, but when the problems started, the store management told us that they had nothing to do with them and that the employee could not say that ! In general, it's a complete mess and a mess....

Ringing / writing to each other-there is no sense, I connect, I moved.Without even apologizing, they begin to shift the blame to the sales department and that Tajiks work at the factory and in general this is the first time.OK, we agree that they order the necessary accessories and will replace it next week.I agree.Oh yes! During the installation process, it turned out that the door did not need to be lifted, and why did the technologist come up with such a scheme?(well, I change the entrance door in the apartment every day and understand all the details of the installation))Packing up-I say, what about the portal and the turnkey door? This is done by another specialist! Yeah, I'm finding out when?Contact the manager.In the morning, I receive an SMS that I have been assigned an installer and his number, if they do not contact me, write there.They do not write / do not call, I write-they do not answer! As a result, I agreed with this installer myself day in, day out, and later I was told that the near future is 3-5 days (well, I like to live in a state of repair).Naturally, the portal left a decent gap on top (from where it blows), we also had an excellent technologist with an excellent installation plan!
As a result, the fittings are not the same, the installation is disgusting, when something is fixed-it is not clear at all!

I have to put up only one star for help in choosing the door itself and accessories.
One of the main factors was the fast delivery from stock. The measurer came quickly, and there were no further questions about the installation. Everything was picked up correctly here.
Well, then another month and a half passed from the promised delivery time, which is why the repair had to be postponed and delayed.
After all, during this period our doors were "going to the warehouse" (but they were already there???)
I can't say anything about the installer, because I had to look for a person who does not have a queue for 2-3 weeks ahead

The doors and equipment were picked up excellent, price-quality, thanks to the measurer Denis, we really liked everything that he offered, the house of the 50th year - after dismantling the old doors, we had to come again due to the destruction of the walls (dismantling was carried out on our own), arrived promptly, counted everything. We are satisfied. However, we contacted another company for installation, we had to meet our deadlines for other operations.

In terms of timing, everything came out within reason, of course there was a slight hitch on the part of the factory (so I was told), but it did not spoil the overall impression, besides, the difference of a few days did not really play a role. The company's installers are strong, they did everything smoothly and without jambs.

The disgusting work of this organization. We ordered 4 doors. The measurer drew up a contract, which, as it turned out, does not correspond to many things...The white doors were scratched. The deliveryman was rude and tried to forbid them to inspect, ridiculing the customer. The main thing is to take the money right away!!! And then as you wish.
Pavel, the door installer, was sent. I do not recommend this miracle master to anyone! There is zero respect for the customer. He raised the price constantly, scaring me that he would leave. He boasted that he was an excellent master. As a result, I installed the sliding doors crookedly (as if I had seen them for the first time)- I was in a hurry to get to the cottage. I did the work for 2 days, but my hands turned out to be "from the wrong place" anyway. In principle, what should be expected from this office ...
the salon manager only helps to choose the doors, and then call yourself, look for, figure it out.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I agree with Alexey's review - "Nothing special, except that they are trying very hard to sell in all acceptable and not only ways." We purchased in February 2023 the doors in a planar box + all the accessories. Interior doors were shown how it would look on the samples of doors in the salon. We agreed on the cost of doors, fittings and installation. However, the cost of installation was not specified in the contract, but everything was preserved in the correspondence in the messenger. The production time of MDF Techno doors is about 3 months.
In June 2023, they waited.
We agreed on the installation.
The first installer came, looked, unpacked - conclusion-I do not install such doors. Wait for the call from the salon.
While he was unpacking, it became clear that the coplanar boxes were not the same as on the demonstrated sample in the store. It turned out that the doors are sold in the salon even without samples!!! And the platbands are installed in a different way and the insertion of hidden loops with special features.
We agreed with the second installer to install it in a few more days. I was glad that the installer really turned out to be a PROFESSIONAL. I did everything efficiently and previously told and explained all the little things and installation possibilities.
Before installation, the installer calculated the cost of the work, which turned out to be 2 times more expensive than the price agreed upon when buying doors (from 450 to 900). I found out the cost of the market, yes, it really is somewhere in the market. However, it was unexpected to find out this cost when I was already mentally ready for another amount.
When asked by the salon why it happened with the sample and the cost of installation was misled - they shrugged their shoulders, an accident, such an error for the first time, an eclipse was found, etc.
From the whole process, I can recommend Pavel, a professional installer in his field.

The doors were brought and installed within a week and a half, as promised. The managers are friendly and competent. The delivery is fast. The installation is professional. I really liked everything!

What I said, I do not know what they counted for you there, but I will not bet for that amount unequivocally, decide for yourself

We ordered interior doors on July 4th, today is October 22nd, and the order is still not fully completed. From the moment of signing the contract for the manufacture of 2 interior doors and until the time of delivery, 40 working days have passed, instead of the stated 30. And then another 10 days before the arrival of the door installer. During installation, the door leaf was damaged, plus defects in the leaf were detected during door transportation and we are still waiting for the defect to be corrected. Hopes for a favorable outcome are fading every day.
