An office that will feed you with expectations while you wait for your doors.
We came here only because we really liked the consultant Tatiana. She consulted, showed, told everything super clearly and professionally, promised the doors in enamel that they would be in a month and a half, at the latest in two. The contract stipulates a period of half a year, my husband asked this moment, to which Tatiana again assured that the contract is a standard one for safety and the doors will be 100% standing in 2 months.
As a result, we received our doors in 3 months and 20 days.
But this is not all the "buns" from this company, we ordered platbands with a black edge along the contour. It is the platbands with a black edge. 5 platbands were cut off after installation and installed without a black edge.
Instead of at least explaining that the platband that adjoins the wall cannot be with a black edge and count the usual white platbands (cheaper) in those places, of course we counted everything at full cost more expensive.
As a result, an overpayment of about 100 rubles for 5 platbands in the black edge that were thrown into the trash.
For 5 doors and 2 portals (for the entrance and the hall), they gave 4990 rubles and plus 860 rubles for installation.
A couple of days after installation, we began to put things in order and thoroughly wash everything, it turned out that the door in the toilet at the bottom next to the hinge with a chip, the chip in the enamel is not very noticeable, but the fact itself, the chip in the new door is well such a thing.
After you have signed the contract and brought the money, no one cares about you deeply, you will be told that the plant has delayed your doors and that they will be soon.

Even if there are no doors everywhere in the city, we will never contact this company again in our lives, it is better to live without doors than with promises and such an attitude.

I do not recommend it. We ordered five doors, the amount in the contract was prescribed for all the doors. The cost of each item and locks with hinges is not indicated anywhere. I recalculated it separately, it turned out that the total amount was overstated, but it was too late the contract was signed. Installers damaged the wall during installation, they did not provide supporting documents for the installation payment because they are self-employed and have no relation to the "doorman". In the acts of acceptance and transfer of goods and installation of doors, there is not even a seal and signature of the store. I had to go to the store myself and demand to put it on my certificates. Keep in mind that without the store's signature, it's just a piece of paper. And they promise a month and a half on time, in fact they waited 3 months in the store, they said read the terms of the contract (90 working days).
