I bought Valvoline synpower 5w30 oil, for 8000 I added almost a liter of oil, shoe polish began to form in the crankcase gas pipes. Varnish deposits have formed on the oil filter, and there is generally black game around the edges.

Boorish attitude towards customers. It is easy to buy - it is almost impossible to return. I bought a car part here. The part did not fit - we did not even put it on, we just brought it to the service station, the master removed the old part, compared it with the new one and told us to go change it. The item was selected by VIN number! As a result, I had to communicate with the director, who is absolutely incompetent to resolve issues on claims. The item was still taken back after an hour of talking on the phone. But the sediment remained.

I bought protection for Skoda Octavia 2015. in Matusevich's place, the protection was packed in thermal packaging (in oilcloth) and the fasteners were inside, in order to get the protection, it is necessary to cut the thermal packaging (oilcloth) during installation, it was found that the protection does not fit the word at all, according to the fasteners it becomes but on the sides between the factory protection and the purchased slots of 15 cm, here the most interesting thing is not taken back because the package is torn, the question of how to get protection without damaging the package had to be attached somehow (but the fasteners were inside.) I do not advise contacting this store in case of any questions, everyone will have questions....
