Hello.
Today, the courier at 22_00 brought a WMC TOOLS 2068 screwdriver with 2 batteries, a case, a set of accessories).
And everything would be fine...and the kit and the case and the accessories, but ...
When checking the screwdriver, it turned out that when switching speeds, the gearbox then works and the cartridge clamps well and turns, then it does not work and the cartridge scrolls, i.e. you hold it with your hand - the motor is running and the cartridge does not spin-. Which is to the right and which is to the left.
You need to switch it several times to grab it.
That's the trouble. Hurtful. I just bought it on you. I immediately called the courier. He said to call the sellers tomorrow. Which I will do. I'm taking the case to work and tomorrow I'll go to the company-to Matusevich a 44B.

I always bought goods on Nekrasova 114, there were no questions to the sellers: they were polite and friendly. .Due to the fact that the store is temporarily closed there, I had to go to Matusevich.
