Good cozy hotel with reasonable price

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room is cozy, there is a bathrobe, slippers, shampoo and gel (good quality), toothbrushes. Everything in the room is good, good plumbing, everything works fine. Lots of pillows. Blankets and bed linen are of high quality. Separately, breakfast is a buffet, and it is included in the room rate. Breakfast was quite varied - there was delicious milk porridge (oatmeal), scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, pasta with sausages, very tasty pancakes, sausage cheese, sliced vegetables and watermelon, as well as yogurt in cups. Compote, tea. They make the coffee you order. It was all in one breakfast, we stayed the same night. There is one caveat in the price. We were vacationing as a family (2 adults, 2 children), in another room our friends (1 adult, 1 child). So, the price of the rooms is the same (they have 2 beds, we have 1 and 2 double beds). And breakfast at the same price. That is, the price did not depend on how many of us there were. It's for the room, not the number of guests. It was beneficial for us, but not for our friends.

This hotel is for motorists. It is located on the outskirts of the city. There is no point in stopping here on foot.
pros - a mini-hotel, a nook for parking, a courtyard, a vegetable garden, a cafe-kebab shop, a swimming pool, baths. beautiful, clean. the linen is fresh. refrigerator, kettle.we had a N12 for three. although on the highway, but the Windows overlook the courtyard, it was quiet. We settled in quickly without problems and without reservation .
cons- the bed creaked very much, something incomprehensible with the water, there was no pressure in the evening and at night. There was a smell of sewage at night. breakfast is from 8-11, we came at 10.30 and said that breakfast was over. But they fried the eggs and gave out the leftover pancakes.
the pool is dirty, there are terrible reviews about saunas on 2gis.
moreover, the price is overestimated by 2 times.
