Convenient location, I came up for a business trip, the staff is responsive, breakfast starts at 8:00, at 7:30 I asked if they could feed, they refused. But a very decent swimming pool was built on the territory, entrance is paid, but I recommend visiting
The staff is nice and polite. But the hotel is outdated. Of the advantages, there is a subscription to Netflix)
The general conclusion is that hotels in Pavlodar (and in Kazakhstan as a whole) are expensive, and their quality does not match the price.
Positive:
1) delicious breakfast
2) good administrators
3) staff and food in the kebab shop👍
Minuses:
1) Room cleaning is such a thing (there was a dirty curtain in the bathroom and the floor in the whole room)
2) the staff at the restaurant is just TERRIBLE!!!!!
A very cozy hotel on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for car trips. Nice bed, nice shower. There is a fixed menu for breakfast, you cannot choose. Coffee is not provided by default — apparently, for a fee.
I stayed only on the 3rd floor, it's hot there in summer, the air conditioner is installed right above the bed, such a pleasure)
. There are no complaints about the staff and cleanliness at all, smoking is only on the street)
We searched for a hotel for a long time. We came from a long way, we were tired. We drove up to the hotel, called for about 30 minutes - the receptionist looked out, looked and walked past, burying her face in the phone. No one opened it to us. Thank you for your hospitality
A nice, cozy hotel, although in some places it is already in need of repair. There is a restaurant, otherwise there is nowhere to eat in the area, only to go to the city, the location is not the best for tourists, but the silence around.
Nice rooms, excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff.

Price is quality. But apparently only in my case the room was dirty, namely the floor, glasses, dust, but the bed was made, oddly enough. In general, everything is fine if for a short time. Respect for the kebab shop at the hotel. Taxi drivers need to be told where to turn off out of 15 cars, 12 drove past the hotel
You will not be disappointed when you arrive in Pavlodar. The hotel has an Armenian flavor, the owner did not save on materials and chose the right designer. On the third floor there are sloping ceilings, but this does not interfere much, the room was cozy.
The location is not good. The area is near the railway station. The first thing you see when you drive up to the hotel is the garbage cans. You can see it from the window. You can somehow fence them carefully so that they do not catch your eye. The hotel was obviously very good once (when it was new). My room had a wonderful balcony, but the shower did not work normally (partially broken at all) the staff is not very friendly, but it was noticed in the city as a whole, which certainly surprised us. I would especially like to mention very clean and crisp towels and bathrobes.
A hotel, a cafe, a kebab shop - it's like a complex. They are also building a swimming pool and saunas. It's okay, it's clean. However, the breakfasts are quite monotonous - either scrambled eggs or porridge.
Everything was fine, but the bathroom was not so clean. There was water around the edges of the bathroom on the floor and water between the bathtub and the toilet.
