It is a pity that the building is undergoing eternal reconstruction. In the very center of the city, however, it is simply fenced off. Hopefully, it will be restored someday.

It's closed, what else can I write about it? Well, that is, from the outside it looks like an abandoned building, but an old red BMW often comes there and someone walks. Mb will do something there soon. Because it seems to me that it would be a great addition to the Gilibera park if some kind of cafe or even a museum were built here.
