The building is located in the center of the new park. In my opinion, the best Palace of Culture in the region. Various children's interest groups: dancing, singing, theater, musical instruments, etc. The main hall is equipped with modern sound and lighting equipment. Comfortable armchairs are installed in the auditorium. In summer, a modern fountain with lighting works in front of the entrance to the recreation center.

There are always good events. Children really like it and adults. Summer is coming soon and as always there will be a lot of entertainment for children.
