The building is almost in its original form. One of the last surviving ones. There is a park nearby, but in a smaller size, well-maintained the same. The Retro Park is being revived, although it is new. Thanks to everyone who preserves and enhances the beauty of their hometown

Major repairs are required. Starting from the basement. They seem to have promised to do it for a long time, but they are still postponing it.

This is our former factory palace of culture. Now, cultural life is not quieting down there either. Concerts and theatrical performances are held.
