A beautiful building, a wonderful park, attractions. But the usage is very small, rarely when that happens. And it's not because of the pandemic. Probably because the palace itself belongs to the metallurgical plant named after him. Ilyich. And the plant itself can't say that it's "dying" for me. My parents worked there for many years. It's just that the combine is falling asleep, and it's up to itself, and certainly not to the palace. And in general, belonging to Ukraine has left its mark. And now there is still a city, I would call it "occupation". Yes, plus pandemics. I'm sorry!!!
