A beautiful architectural monument. It was built after the foundation of the city, during the USSR, very good quality of construction. In the summer, it's cool there in the heat, It's a pity that the park behind this palace was cut down and everything was tiled. And earlier there were thickets of trees and shrubs, people rested with pleasure. Now there is no park behind the palace, there are no people.
