We were very impressed by the Sapieh-Potocki Palace and Park ensemble in Vysokoe. We did not know that there is such a historical place near Brest. Of course, it requires reconstruction and restoration, but even in this form it attracts with its historical mystery. And the nature of the park, the trees, and the river captivate with beauty, creating peace and tranquility in this place.

An authentic and peaceful place, a beautiful park. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to see the entire territory, but on the whole we were pleasantly impressed. It is a pity that there is very little information about this place on the Internet.

Vysokovsky Palace is a monument of classical architecture. It was built in a complex with two wings forming a small front yard, open towards the entrance gate. This method of planning organization is borrowed from the estate construction of the XVIII century. When the visit was closed, a dog was barking behind the fence.

It is surrounded by a tall solid fence, everything is locked and it says "guarded by a dog". Don't waste your time.

There was once a boarding school here. I studied there in 1962-68. There were a lot of trees, flower beds, and now such desolation. How could the authorities allow this to happen? It's still a monument.

It is unlikely that anything will be restored there. Outwardly, of course, they are veiled and no more. It should have been saved at least half a century ago, when it could still be saved.
