The building is surrounded by a fence, it is probably not safe to walk there, but there is a gate, at the time of our visit it was open. The building is quite large, you can go down to the basements or go up to the second floor..in some places there are floor coverings. The facade is very beautiful, the elements of the staircase railing have been preserved.
