It took a long time to choose a manor for an informal second wedding day. After a lot of phone calls, traveling and scouring sites, we found this option. The first thing that attracted us very much: the cost, our own kitchen (we initially thought of taking catering, so this option made us very happy) and most importantly — excellent hosts. Andrey and Anna prompted and were in touch with any questions right up to our departure: from the agreement to come to see the estate to the selection of a menu for 19 people. The event itself was a great success, this estate is ideal for this format: there is karaoke, a music center, a large free space. The house was clean, well maintained, the rooms were pleasant, the furniture looked new.
It was the second half of October, so people only went outside to smoke, so I can't say anything about street activities and convenience.
Of the nuances:
1) It was a little chilly on the ground floor, but this issue was again solved with lightning speed by the owner, who put a heater in our room (as I understood it, the problem was due to the fact that the heating was not yet rebuilt, so this is an isolated case).
2) There were minor water outages. As Andrey explained, the pump at the station has not been repaired in the area for a week, so if you pour water for a long time, it can disappear for 10-15 minutes. This happened 3 times per day for 19 people, so I can't call it something critical, especially since this problem does not exist through the fault of the owners.
Total: for an excellent price relative to many other options, you get a well-maintained house, the opportunity to receive full event service (for an additional fee, but it's worth it 100%) and excellent, adequate and responsive housewives who are ready to help at any moment. We say thank you very much and highly recommend it!

We celebrated the events, and we didn't like it.There are big problems with water (be prepared that the water may run out at any moment and you need to wait for 5 minutes until it runs out)towels and bed feel like they haven't been washed (this is the impression that most of the overnight guests have)they rented the manor for a day, the dishes had to be washed with their hands (after 25 hours at night and after departure, because the dishwasher does not work)and with constant interruptions in water supply! The house is dirty and if the owners rent out such a manor, then I would like them to spend money and hire a cleaning company to wash the doors, windows, window sills, benches, because everything is white and very dirty, but I will keep silent about the floors....I don't recommend it for that kind of money!!!

A very spacious house and a hospitable owner. A place where you can definitely return and where you will be fed a delicious breakfast and dinner.
We rented a house for the period of the competition. The owner immediately offered to cook dinner and collected wishes for breakfast.
There is also a barbecue for barbecue lovers like us and a very spacious courtyard for outdoor games.
One of the disadvantages is probably that there is no sauna. Otherwise, it's a great place. I recommend

We stayed with friends for the May holidays. Perfect for a large company! It is rare to find a house where 15-25 people can stay.
The owner Andrey, his wife and daughters are very hospitable, good people! Thank you all!
For an additional fee, the hosts prepare sooo delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners - the portions are large. Pancakes are better than a restaurant
There is a washing machine and dishwasher, towels, Wi-Fi. In cold weather, the heating was turned on - it was warm in the bedroom rooms.
The yard is very large, there is a small Parking lot and a Playground, a large veranda. They provided a baby cot for the baby.
The starry sky, the birds are singing, roosters in the morning, the atmosphere is cool in it
Of the minuses, there are problems with water pressure, but, as we understood, this is a problem of the village, and not specifically at home.
Among the wishes is a sauna and at least a small rack with shelves for things in the rooms)

Comfort for little money!
We came to ski - it's close to Silich and Logoisk. The house is bright and spacious. The rooms are small and quite austere ) However, it's great for sleeping - it's warm and easy to breathe.
On the ground floor there is a large hall with Internet TV, next to the kitchen - underfloor heating - we spent most of our time there - the owner is sociable, but does not bother with his presence) There are dishes, wine glasses, a corkscrew. We took breakfast - it was hearty and tasty, although not very diverse.
On-site parking, entry is not easy)
There is not enough bathhouse, of course.
But in general, it is comfortable, sincere and inexpensive!
I recommend it!

The following points to consider for vacationers, if your goal is not just to spend the night:
1. The territory is large, but there are no normal recreation areas: a barbecue without a canopy, no benches to sit, no shelter from sleep, the playground was painted 5 years ago, ants in the sandbox. Hammocks, trampoline, etc. are out of the question. Don't wait for a sauna, a swimming pool. The light is on the street, are you sure? Close the gate to the parking lot - ask.
2. The house. As a hostel, spending the night in the village is probably normal, but take into account the smells in the rooms, the mattresses are yellow..., the bed is not the right size, toilets and showers are doubtful, etc
3. Important! The relationship of the owner with the neighbors. If you have a holiday with music on the street, including a children's party with an animator on the street - wait for a number of calls from the owner to make it quieter, turn off, etc. Bring music into the house - there are facts of disconnecting sockets.
Conclusion:
This is not a place for fun holidays, celebrations, weddings.
Just spend the night - maybe if you don't disdain yellow mattresses.
Maybe this is my personal opinion, but this is not the first time we have rested in the estates ...
the choice is yours.

A quiet, bright and spacious place. A good-natured host. We stayed overnight with a group of 10 people. Close to the ski resorts of Logoisk and Silichi. You can fry kebabs. We took breakfast-the portions were huge. Of the small disadvantages, it is inconvenient to enter the parking lot and I would like a bathhouse after a whole day in the cold. Thank you very much!

I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Andrey and Anna! Dumka Manor is the best place for your holiday. For the second year in a row, I personally celebrate my birthday in Dumki, and our company was here more. There are countless advantages, there are many beds, there were 18 adults and 9 children, all were comfortably accommodated. A huge, spacious, bright banquet hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful area around the house. This year I took advantage of the innovation: banquet + meals in the following days. We celebrated from Friday to Sunday, and there was not a single question about what to feed the guests. Anna and I have thought over the menu for every day. A banquet, the table was full of delicious and very beautifully decorated dishes, cabbage soup was waiting for us for breakfast, unforgettable pancakes for lunch, then shish kebab, and delicious pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast on the third day. The holiday has just ended, and I already want to return to Dumki! It's very warm and comfortable there! Thank you and see you again, our dear Andrey and Anna! Thank you for your hard work!!!

On September 2, 2023, the anniversary was celebrated at the Dumki estate.
Many thanks to the host for his hospitality and attentive attitude, he showed and told everything, and then he was in touch if we needed anything.
We really liked the beautiful and spacious white banquet hall with comfortable white furniture, TV and speakers, also equipped with a large kitchen and cozy rooms, there are showers and toilets on the first and second floors, which is also very convenient when there are a lot of guests.
A huge plus was that it was possible to rent white banquet dishes and vases for flowers, it was also very nice that the price includes firewood for the barbecue.
We celebrated the anniversary perfectly at the Dumki estate and I think that we will also hold the next family celebration in this wonderful place!!!

The cottage in Dumki is gorgeous.There is a lot of spacious space in the house and on the street.For a large company that wants to have a good rest, that's the thing.
Refrigerator,stove,kettle,dishes, everything is there.The banquet hall is spacious, there is enough space for dancing.There are rest rooms on the second floor. The only nuance is the absence of a grid on the windows.In summer, mosquitoes and flies attack the village, and the window is beautifully shaped in the ceiling.And the design of the window naturally does not provide for a grid, then you will not open it.And you can't hang a curtain, the morning starts early, the sun will not wake up only those who are indifferent to it.And it's still raining!No matter how stuffy it is, during the rain, the window should only be closed.
You can walk noisily and on a grand scale only until 11 pm, further into the house, and with the windows closed.The neighbors live quite close and do not want to share your joy and good mood with you.We must not forget about this either.
Have a good rest, enjoy nature, barbecue, fresh air in a big company and an overnight stay is just wonderful at the hotel in Dumki.

It's cold in the house, it's warm only in the rooms. The owners live in the house with YOU, there is no TV. There may not be enough hot water for everyone, and there may not be enough cold water either.
Dirty kitchen and common areas.You can't make noise after 23.
I do NOT recommend to rest, only if alone and for one night, a flophouse.

If you are looking for a place to have a good rest, then this is the place for you. I celebrated my birthday on 17.09-18.09 and was very pleased. The host is an open person who is always in touch and answers your questions. Which is very encouraging. And besides, it is worth noting the manor itself - large, comfortable, bright. Everything you need is available, the bed linen is fresh, the dishes are washed. It is clear that a lot of time is devoted to the place, the estate is very well maintained. Special thanks for your responsiveness, any questions were easily solved by phone. I agree with Vladimir, I will add to his list of disadvantages: there are no towels, I went into the shower-I lathered up and RAN OUT of WATER!!!! how is it??? There is no light in the courtyard, at night you need to take your flashlight to get to the car, there is no ventilation in the toilet on the second floor, the entrance to the parking lot is inconvenient, the parking lot itself is small, the gates do not close at night.At the end of the paid day, 25 rubles were charged for 40 minutes that we waited for the car in the yard. Of the advantages: plenty of space, swimming pool (+30 rub)

Thoughts. Service and our pain.
Everything was fine, but there are nuances.
Here are our comments:
poor cleaning of the house
, the sheets are smaller than the bed itself
. There are 5 rooms on the second floor and ONLY ONE TOILET (the second one is allegedly broken)
If you come with Moët & Chandon champagne, then you will drink it from mugs. And you will have to pay 25 rubles for wine glasses and other dishes.
There are no air fresheners and no ventilation in the toilets, and this is for 5 rooms.
At the slightest rain at the grill, you will get wet.
Frying pans are already without Teflon and without a liter of oil, you won't even fry an egg for yourself.
There is an oven, but there is no oven.
There is no TV/projector on the dance floor and the sound of music is very quiet.
Advantages: convenient location. The friendly host. Quiet neighbors. A large area. Free firewood and water. Silichi and Logoisk are nearby.
