We celebrated several children's birthdays in 2023. The staff is responsive, the menu is not varied, but you can choose and cook delicious. The dinosaur comes to children of different ages from 5 to 16 and even adults!!! There are a lot of different machines, just have time to buy tokens. The entrance fee is 5 rubles per child.

The place is getting worse. It is very cold, the heating is not turned on at all. Children should walk without shoes, the floor is icy. We were on a weekday, there was not a single person. Dinosaurs were not included, food cannot be ordered and opening hours are until 19.00. Although they called in advance and told us that until 21.00. The whole horror begins with the stairs - in winter, coming in from the street, you can kill yourself on it (slippery tiles and no substrates are provided). The dishes were ordered in advance, but only 2/3 of everything ordered was brought. They explained that there was no ham for one dish, and the others were just the kitchen messed up and did not finish... The kitchen is open until 5 - also a minus if you celebrate the holiday not at lunchtime.
Instead of a complicated side dish, they brought ordinary French fries. Pork is original - do not chew - only streaks. The cheese on it is only similar in appearance to cheese, but it does not taste at all. I liked the pizza.
When the bill arrived, it was a special shock! All the unfinished dishes were included in it!!! After we pointed this out and the bill was rewritten, the shock increased. We just got about 30p in the end. In general, there is no lack of arrogance. They didn't swear just because there were children nearby. And they said in their defense: "Oh, to be honest, they are already selling us, so we are sitting here somehow."
In general, I strongly advise against celebrating holidays there (until they are sold, that's for sure)!!! The maximum is to sit with the children during the day and take pizza and juice. But I recommend checking the receipt anyway, otherwise you never know what will be attributed to this🤣
In general, unfortunately, there is nowhere else in the city to sit with the children and celebrate the holiday. So I really hope that an adequate person will buy them, and bring the institution to a normal level)))

We celebrated our son's birthday, to put it mildly, we were shocked ...
1. The bill was brought several times higher than it was presented when we ordered the menu.
2. We paid for our cake to be taken out by Dino..as a result, the woman took out the cake and Dino was walking somewhere behind...No joy(
3. We had a 1-year-old child with us, they took payment for him and "forgot" to provide a game room (that is, it was not without light and heating)
4. A lot of vending machines were out of order and they did not even have signs about the malfunction, the children threw tokens for 15 rubles there and did not even apologize to us, not to mention some kind of settlement of the situation.
4. Dirty dishes were removed from the tables themselves and taken to them.
5. We ordered a "soap disco" for children for 10 minutes-15 rubles.Our 9 children went "over the fence", a disco began and as a result, children poured in from all sides and our babies were almost crushed!!The administrator did not even say a word to the children or parents that it was PAID!!!And I didn't really want to pay for 3 minutes of these dances, because then our kids were "smoked out of there"!!!
6. Food is generally a separate conversation....they saved only their sweets, fruits and cake...everything else is left to the cook))
In general, the impressions were the most terrible!!!I don't think we'll go there naked anymore!!!

The children's birthday was celebrated here. I liked everything very much, the kitchen is just super, the dishes are quite large and very tasty, there is enough entertainment for children, the children were satisfied. We were very pleased with the prices available. The service is also good. The only drawback, we celebrated in September it was very stuffy and noisy. We were satisfied.
