Service - there is something to work on.
The delivery is paid, no matter what amount the order is. The shipping cost is not justified.
Loaders are not offered for unloading. And they don't warn me that unloading is entirely my problem.
They can bring it in any minute. Please call in advance - it is ignored. How to plan a day with this approach is not clear.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The products are of excellent quality. I collected the drain myself for the first time. It was easy to assemble, like a designer. It did not fall off after the snowfall, although there were no snow holders on the roof. It didn't burn out in the sun. The siding has been standing for the 5th year - no deformations even on the sunny side.
