On December 13, I placed a small order (fabric 30 * 150 cm) for a sample to check the quality and deadlines. I didn't count on speed. The girl behaved politely, took the material, picked up the threads and wrote down our number. I couldn't answer any questions about the cost and timing, so I said that I would call back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and tell you everything.
No one called me. On Mon, December 18, I dialed the landline number on my own and asked when the order and cost would be ready. They asked me to call back on Wed, the 20th. In the WED, they promised us on Thu. But again, no one called. On Tuesday (26th), my husband came to the office and no one answered. When I called, they said that the order was not ready yet, because their car broke down on Fri. I replied sharply, saying that my order should have been ready on Thu. I didn't get a clear answer to that. On Fri (29th), I called to find out if the order was ready and I was presented with a claim that I had spoken sharply last time. I said that I couldn't communicate any other way after so many "kickbacks." I was presented with a claim and told that they did not want to work with me anymore, although the order was finally made.
To be honest, I'm a little shocked by such a "service" and such conversations. In the end, I was also left to blame for taking so long to place my order.
I do not recommend contacting this company. At least for small orders for sure.
