This created the feeling that this company simply did not need us. On the appointed day, we decided to clarify the details of the trip (address) and tried to call again. This time we were told to write to Viber again, although time was running out and we were about to leave. Unfortunately, no one answered in Viber. As a result, they simply refused the service, and even refused to provide us with a complaint book. We will call the tax service and clarify why this company does not provide the book at the request of the client
