For the first time in many years, after watching enough ads, I decided to visit Jervesh. The establishment is at the level of a tavern, everything is fine in cleanliness, the service is 4. The food is complete chaos, fresh orange is diluted with tap water to taste (I hope from the tap), mint was torn from a bush in the smoking room by the trash, salads seem normal, just maybe I don't like French fries, khachapuri is good in a rustic way, the hodgepodge is tasteless, but there is meat. But I've never eaten a shish kebab worse, the aroma is unpleasant, salty, it doesn't smell like a campfire, there's no question of any pleasure, they don't even give sauce. Most likely, the waiters know perfectly well that the barbecue is bottom, so they didn't even ask why it was almost all left uneaten,
It's a terrible place in terms of service. The prices are like in an elite restaurant.
Food: shish kebab is so-so, lula is dry, caesar is completely tasteless. Compote water from under a koan + juice.
It feels like it was prepared by a 0-year student.
I don't recommend it, there are many other more decent places in the city with better cuisine.
She celebrated her birthday on May 18, 2024. It turned out to be the worst place in my life. So spoil the holiday, you still need to try.
The staff - waiters are never around, I went to their table myself (where they sat, smoked, drank tea) and asked them to bring what we needed, for example ice or a vase for flowers. One was with such a face, it seemed that I came to her house and asked for something, the second girl (as the administrator later clarified) was new, not experienced, but of all the staff who came across us, the most pleasant. I'm not saying anything at all, how can you hold such a position and behave so boorishly?! Example: when we asked the receptionist to invite us to the table, the waiter came out and told us that she was waiting for us.... What?
Further, I was in this institution last year, the waiter girls were older in age, I did not see the administrator and did not communicate accordingly, but we did not need him, we really liked the waiter girl, the food was delicious and in general there were no complaints about anything!
As for the food, it's heaven and earth compared to last year, the mushrooms are almost raw, the shish kebab was apparently boiled before it was fried on the grill, the meat was red in the cut.
Alcohol, when I came to make a reservation, the receptionist told me, since there are 10 of you, you order any 2 bottles of alcohol from us, bring the rest. We ordered 2 bottles of champagne, during the evening we refilled another one, and as a result, they indicate a 7% cork fee from the amount of the check in my bill. Accordingly, on this occasion, we needed an administrator, when she deigned to come out to us 3 or 4 times, she said that these 7% were indicated in the menu, so why did I come in advance and make an order, and clarify all the points? When the pre-order was made, the administrator Natalia, not a single gram participated in it, which I was surprised at, well, we are all human, we are all human, I thought maybe some human problems, but it turned out that this is normal for the administrator.
Plus, musical accompaniment was added to my account at 100 rubles per person, but I could take a telephone with music or my own music column and turn it on myself, and the song that was ordered for me was paid for.
As a result, I did not pay for the cork fee, which is incomprehensible, and I did not pay for the musical accompaniment either, since these points are discussed during the pre-order, my bill went out to 30 thousand (I am silent for the olives and olives that are on their menu 400 rubles, and they counted 800 rubles for me, and I took 2 servings, as if 1600rubles for 2 martinis of olives, I think this is too much, and the freshness of these olives - it seemed like they were walking from table to table, maybe they were still there😁) it's a pity that I don't have such a habit and manner of checking the receipt and menu for prices, I think (judging by the olives) I would a lot of things surprised me.
I will never recommend this place to anyone, the price tag is quite high and unjustified.
Two weeks later I was at another institution for a birthday, I will not write the name, then many will think that I am talking specifically about the Jrvezh, so these are two opposites, we were satisfied with everything and the comparison was colossal for us!!!
Dear leaders of the Jrvezh, we recommend hiring new staff for you, including the administrator, such staff only in the Soviet canteen to work.
