The head of surgery is an incompetent person.I discharged a child with fatal tests to an infectious disease clinic. Two days later, he was sent back to surgery. It turned out that appendicitis burst, 2 days ago and suppuration (abscess) began. The child is in intensive care ...I strongly advise against getting into surgery. Before that, there was a doctor and a surgeon with a capital letter A.V. Khmelenko, whom she (the head) sat under and framed. The hospital has lost an excellent specialist. The current head of pediatric surgery is an absolutely incompetent doctor, avoid it.And she will have to answer for a medical error soon...
I would like to express my gratitude to the 4th pediatric department. I will especially note the Head. Thank you Irina Vladimirovna for the approach. Also to all medical staff, nurses. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Unfortunately, I had to visit this institution. The baby had a chin dissection. Many thanks to the doctor and the nurses in the waiting room. Everything was done quickly, the information was conveyed in an accessible way, and they also listened to my opinion about the injury. They found an approach to the child and did everything so that she would not be afraid. Shift on 10/20/2024
The terrible department of pediatric NeurologyThere is no repair at all for small children, there is no changing table to warm up the food, you need to throw the child and run to the end of the corridor, the thread is one and then very high electo kettles can not be. The manager does not give an accurate diagnosis and in general she does not care. RELATIONSHIPS ARE TERRIBLE, IT'S BETTER NOT TO GET THERE. God bless you
I want to express my gratitude
Salkevich Jan Frantsevich, our son had an operation, everything went well, the doctor is from God!!! Thank you for your professionalism, care, and ability to calm down and explain everything!!! Thank you so much again, God bless you!!!! And I also want to say to the entire 7th surgical removal, to absolutely every employee, thank you very much, with your care, understanding, it was much easier to endure this whole procedure, thank you for your sensitivity, attention ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
A children's hospital with a fairly extensive range of medical services provided. A professional and responsive team of doctors. All professionals in their field. The Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics (head of Sychevsky Leonid Zbigniewicz) is beyond praise. Thank you for their hard work. If necessary, I recommend it, they will definitely help.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to everything honey.the staff of the 5th department, starting with the head and ending with nurses. The medical staff is friendly, caring, accurate. The wards are clean, cozy, have everything you need, the bathroom is always in order. There are also positive and clean aunts in the dining room . I wish there were more such people in such establishments.
The condition of the paid wards in the 4th ward leaves much to be desired.
1. The cabinet doors do not drive, or rather they drive with difficulty.
2. The sink is clogged, barely drains the water.
3. Bed linen looks more like rags.
4. The TV is hanging for visibility only. There is no remote control from it, you can't turn it on.
5. The blinds on the window are dirty and broken.
6. There are no questions about the operation of the refrigerator and microwave. It's all good.
The shared bathroom is in poor condition. The drain is clogged, the bathtub itself is rusty, installed crookedly and it seems that it is about to fall.
The food is not very good. Bitter stewed cabbage, pasta "paste", soups, mostly with the taste of water. Delicious puree, cutlet, borscht, compote.
But from the positive points.
I would like to note the work of doctors, nurses, nurses, and in general everyone who participates in the department's work processes. I have good impressions.
Russ Maria Valeryevna, pulmonologist of the 4th pulmonological department
Thank you so much for your efforts and knowledge, for your efforts and advice, for your kindness and understanding, for your professionalism and skill. You are a wonderful doctor, and I wish you to help many more patients, celebrating every day with victory over a serious problem and receiving as a reward the smiles of children and the respect of others.
Sincerely, Larisa Nikolaevna Ozem
I want to thank the surgeons for removing the hygroma, it really bothered me. Special thanks to my surgeon who performed the operation on me, he helped me out.
A good hospital
The doctors are excellent. Special thanks to Alexander Viktorovich Glutkin, who always works and studies! Actually, that's why he is a professional in his field.
Everything is 100% fine-tuned in the reception department, you don't have to wait long.
In surgery, there is an excellent repair, which cannot be said at all about neurology (I have not been to other departments)
The hospital is warm and the food is VERY tasty
I would also like to mention the team of doctors who work in the MRI room and very politely "persuade " children to undergo the procedure without anesthesia. Among them was my child, who easily agreed to "fly on board an airplane," although he had rarely "bought into" such things before.
There is a consulting room in one of the buildings of the same hospital, where doctors receive appointments (by referral/ for a fee). It is very comfortable.
In the ultrasound room of the child's heart, for a nominal fee (I compare in Grodno) of 11 rubles, a polite ultrasound girl performed a diagnosis.
Overall - 5 stars
Terrible hospital, especially neurology. The head of the neurology department has a terrible relationship. There are just no words for children, there is no changing table, there is nothing. It's better not to go there.God bless you.
Very professional, kind and good staff, starting from the emergency room and beyond. The work is well-coordinated, fast, and clear. Thank you very much!!!
We were in a new building in surgery, the wards are excellent, the staff and doctors are also good, the food is bad, I'm not particularly picky about food, but there's just nothing to eat.the only biggest disappointment is the on-duty traumatologist A. Burba in the waiting room.he does not want to bother much with examining patients, the result of our meeting is an operation in two months to remove a foreign body from a finger
My daughter was examined in the neurological department. I really liked the staff. As a mother, it was important to me. A friendly attitude towards children. The procedural nurse painlessly took tests, which is also important. The child ate all the food-the food was delicious. The ward is cramped-there are many beds. There is only a passage between some if it leaks sideways... but this is not critical in comparison with everything else. We received treatment. The doctor was in contact, explained, answered questions.
My friend was lying there. The hospital itself is very good. And I don't know about others, but I'm very interested in intensive care and surgery. Maybe I'll go to the doctor :)
We were in the hospital with our daughter. Pneumonia is otitis media. The doctors are polite, the medical staff in the department always treated the children politely. The food is not bad, my daughter and I had enough. They brought food to the ward. We slept in the same bed, my daughter was 3 years old at the time of her illness. The child is given a potty. We had a moment when my husband and I changed, he went to the department with his daughter, and I left because I got sick myself, I was also pregnant. There were no problems in this situation.
A very good hospital. The attitude of the entire staff is friendly. They helped my child quickly.Thank you very much to all the staff from the bottom of my heart.May God bless you and your families
I did CT for a fee. The service is good, everything is explained in a popular way. Just go take a picture, then go pay, then go back and get the picture... And you won't get there exactly in time - add 10-15 minutes.
In the year of KB, we arrived urgently with a 7-year-old daughter with suspected appendicitis. Doctors quickly diagnosed complicated appendicitis and the daughter began to prepare for surgery. The daughter was operated by the head of the 8th surgical department, Khudovtsova Anna Viktorovna. Thanks to the professionalism of the pediatric surgeon Anna Viktorovna, the operation was successful. Then our daughter was under observation in the 9th intensive care unit for 4 days. We are very grateful to the attending physician, the medical staff of the intensive care unit for the good care and attitude to the children, especially we thank the head, Alexander Ivanovich Klochko, who willingly makes contact with the parents. At such a difficult moment in life, information about the child's condition is invaluable for parents. Alexander Ivanovich is a very sensitive, kind, attentive person who, with understanding and knowledge of his business, talked about the child's health status, dynamics, test results, ultrasound, was able to calm down, say the right words. After intensive care, my daughter was transferred to the department of Khudovtsova A.V. We are infinitely grateful to this man and the surgeon for saving our daughter. Indeed, a person is in his place. We wish her good health, successful operations, and may she continue to help the kids by saving them. Thanks to Anna Viktorovna's professionalism and well-chosen treatment, our daughter had a positive dynamic. I was lying in the ward with my daughter, taking care of her. The department is clean, very polite nurses. Thank you very much to the hospital administration for organizing work in your healthcare facility.
The staff is courteous, clean, cozy, good food, my child was 3 years old and enjoyed eating everything, the only minus is there is no hot water in the tents, barely warm in the shower, only cold in the toilet
This assessment is not for the hospital as a whole, but for the head of the 3rd department of Traumatology and Orthopedics. I called, I wanted to make an appointment for a paid consultation, he didn't even listen to me, hung up. Terrible rudeness, now I don't consider his services.
We got to this hospital with a child by ambulance (We are from Vitebsk). All the examinations were done in 3 days. They even did an MRI on the first day! They prescribed treatment and let me go home. Minus one, the food is not tasty, the child ate little. The doctors and all the staff are very polite. Thank them very much for helping our children
The staff is excellent. BUT in order to get to the emergency department for 15 minutes, they searched for parking near the hospital, then walked through the back streets of the hospital from the barrier to the emergency department for 10 minutes with a small child. Such a thing, to be honest. Winter, snow, slippery, the child is in pain, and you are walking. Open other entrances, it's not very normal
Friendly staff. Consultation and treatment, communication with the attending physician Olga Evgenievna Onegina and her assistant on 10/10. THANK you for the help provided to my baby!
We haven't been there for a long time, about 10 years, but literally in April we had to visit. We got into the 8th surgery, I don't remember like 8, the staff is excellent. The head of the department, despite her youth, is a very competent specialist. We can say that thanks to her we are alive. Unfortunately, I do not know, or rather I do not remember her full name, thank you very much
The surgical building is just a fairy tale, but the rest leave much to be desired (there is no repair, cockroaches), the staff is excellent, the attitude towards children is excellent, the specialists are really specialists
Of course, it is better to be healthy and not get sick, but if your children get sick, highly qualified specialists of the children's hospital will always come to the rescue
It's a mess. You need to wait an unknown amount of time for a doctor to sign the documents. There is no way to do this at the post . They said if you can't wait, check out. Super attitude towards patients.
Unfortunately, I had to visit the emergency room of the children's hospital several times.
Help was always provided quickly, with all explanations and recommendations.
Many thanks to the doctor of the 7th department, elective surgery Jan Frantsevich and all the medical staff of this department.
Thank you very much for your professionalism and for your efforts. Thank you for deciding to choose this difficult profession and devote yourself to an important cause. You are not just helping people, you are saving this world. And I sincerely wish you good health, patience, perseverance, determination and confidence. Stay the same wonderful person and a wonderful doctor who will help more than one generation of patients. (the Lemeshev family)
The hospital is not bad, but some doctors take on functions that are not typical for them, and sometimes they are rude. Example: an 11-year-old child was admitted for examination with heart problems. As a result, Holter was diagnosed only on day 12, the attending physician, without parental consent, sent the child to a psychiatrist, who prescribed a sedative to drink three times a day. When they asked the doctor, why? The answer just killed me. It turns out that the child is withdrawn, and the fact that the child is just bored is not considered. When asked why the child was sent to a psychiatrist without the consent of the parents, the doctor began to talk some nonsense about the fact that the child did not want to communicate with her and she decided to refer him to a psychiatrist.
As a result, the conclusion was deducted from the outpatient card.
We understand that everything is not clear, it is not easy for everyone right now, especially due to the outflow of staff. And the attitude towards patients, unfortunately, is highly standardized....However, all procedures according to the examination protocol are provided. And the repair pleased me. But clinically minded doctors in the departments....🤔 😥
We thank the staff of the departments: science, nevertheless, knows its business!
Thank you to the staff and doctors, they treated us very responsibly and all the examinations were carried out quickly and to the maximum. But the state of the neurology department is very sad, it's time to make repairs there a long time ago! The food is disgusting, the portions for mothers and children are the same in grams (although it is logical that an adult eats more), there is no possibility of tent meals and a paid ward in this department.
01.10.2022 we were taken with a 9-month-old child to the 4th ward. A covid test was taken at the time of admission. The result was ready on 03.10(positive)at the same time, there were 4 more people with us in the ward, 3 of them from the department and 1 floor. Those with negative ones are transferred to the clean zone.we have been in contact for 3 days. How is it?? And with all that, there is one shower room for the red zone and for the clean zone. How can this be? The attitude of the doctors is terrible. The child was not even prescribed tests, they just forgot how it turned out. The doctor never came in on Sunday. In order to ask for antipyretics, you need to call the post from your phone. It is not realistic to hear some kind of a verbal response, to find out the results of the tests. I quote the answers of the med. Workers. Honey. Sister (I feel like bursting). Head. Department. (we have 60 people waiting. I didn't invite you here and I'm not keeping anyone). As for cleanliness, 2 points, the only nurses are the most pleasant of all employees. I wouldn't want to be there again. It's a terrible place and the way people are treated.
Very pleasant junior staff in the Department of pulmonology! The women at the food distribution and the ward nurses are very kind and do their job perfectly, very tactful and friendly honey.brother (the man is in his own sphere). BUT unfortunately this does not apply to everyone, they treated the child at night, the nurse, while on duty, was dissatisfied with her appearance that she was disturbed. Every time she met this woman in the department, she passed by sick children and rolled her eyes, and was rude several times. Dear woman, you must understand the whole principle of your work and that since you are in a children's hospital, then you are surrounded by children and do not be angry at them, they are not to blame and have done nothing wrong to you!!!! There is no treatment in the hospital itself.
I had to ask for help more than once. There have always been only positive feedback and gratitude. But today I had to face outright rudeness. My son hurt his leg. It was slightly swollen, it hurt to walk. I'm not a doctor, I decided to go to the emergency room just in case. It turned out that she overestimated the danger. Dialogue with the doctor:
D: And what, do you think there is a fracture here? (Without looking, he touched his leg lightly)
Me: I don't think so. We came to be safe.
D: People tend to think, actually.
The rest of the dialogue with a grin and mockery, without turning his head. The nurse in the treatment room joked with her son that a complicated cast should be applied to such a wound.
Dear Pavel Pavlovich Lozhko! Every time I have doubts about my child's health (justified or unjustified), I will still come to you. But we will talk in a different way. I am very sorry that I did not tell you right away.
The staff is friendly, takes care of the children as if they were their own. They are very attentive and responsive. I was calm about the health and emotional state of the child
