She underwent a cosmetology procedure in this clinic, carefully chose a specialist.Dr. Georgy Shibkovsky is a professional in this field, I was very pleased. The clinic itself is located in the city center, right near GUM, a great location.
Now for the cons.The Meet and Great service is completely missing.I made an appointment the day before the appointment, on the very day of the procedure, no one called and did not specify whether I would be there or not. Further, in all the traditions of the USSR, a not very satisfied cleaner meets at the entrance, who immediately points to the shoe covers.For many years of living abroad, I have become accustomed to warm receptions in private clinics and medical centers, where the cleaner greets everyone with a smile on her face and does not let go of the rag, just to make them happy, I hope this will also come to Belarus in 10 years.
Well, the cherry on the cake-due to my body characteristics, I felt unwell after the procedure. The doctor did his best to make me feel better, and when I came to, he brought me to the reception.To my surprise, no one from the clinic called that day or the next to ask about my well-being.
Everything that I have written requires absolutely no investment of funds, superhuman efforts...we are talking about banal attention and care for your client, and this is absolutely normal. This is called Customer Care and it has a very strong psychological effect on people who love the service and are used to it.

I want to leave a review about the work of a psychologist and a psychotherapist.
In May 2024, Angelika Nikolaevna came to Nazarenko in a very bad condition. I chose a specialist intuitively - based on photos and reviews on the Internet.
The condition was related to the separation from her husband. It seemed that life was over, self-esteem was at the bottom, there was no strength to work, take care of yourself, leave the house, communicate with friends, there was a very strong anxiety. At the first appointment, Angelika Nikolaevna, assessing my condition, advised me to start a course of antidepressants and we chose the direction in which we would move in psychotherapy. During the first months of therapy, my anxiety decreased, I began to get out of the depression I had been in for many years, I realized that the relationship with my husband ended a long time ago and turned into an addiction. By October 2024, I had rethought who I was and what I wanted from life. As a result: a new job that allowed me to take care of myself, my self-esteem increased, I fell in love with myself, a new relationship appeared, and the divorce from my husband was easy.
To date (March 2025), I have achieved success at work, I have a wonderful romantic relationship, I have new hobbies and a taste for life. This shows that I trusted the right person and a first-class specialist. Therefore, I want to express my gratitude to Angelika Nikolaevna!!!!!
I am undergoing a course of antidepressants with Lydia Nikolaevna Asmykovich, a psychotherapist, a very sensitive, understanding and attentive doctor, I chose the drugs correctly.
I recommend the clinic, and especially Nazarenko A.N. and Asmykovich L.N. as specialists!!!!

Apparently, for people like me, simple ones, George Sh. provides poor-quality service(s).

Svetlana herself is pleasant in communication and, what was important for me personally, she can explain problems in well-being not only from an emotional point of view, but also pointing out possible health problems. During the sessions, we not only analyze difficult situations in life, but also pay attention to breathing techniques and awareness of the importance of our own body (in a broad sense). This combines the psychological and physical state into one whole, allowing you to work through problems in a comprehensive manner.
The center itself leaves a pleasant impression from the very beginning: cozy, calm and everything is at a high level.
I definitely recommend considering the E-clinic center and psychologist Svetlana Vladimirovna if there is a need for psychological support.

I am pleasantly impressed by this premium medical center in the very center of Minsk on the ground floor of Stalinka with high ceilings. The administrator and the doctor are tactful and professional. The prices for the procedures are two times lower than in Moscow. I will recommend it to my friends.
I noticed separately: unlike the Russian Federation, there is no insane bureaucracy when you have to fill out and sign a pile of papers with your own hand every time you visit. They quickly got a card, and I signed in several places.

I signed up for a consultation at the center. I've been waiting for my turn for more than three weeks. On the appointed day, I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. I was offered to take off my outer clothes and wait. Ok. My time has come. No one is calling you anywhere. I waited patiently, it took 5 minutes, 10 minutes, almost 15 minutes of my appointment time. No movement. I told the administrator that I couldn't wait any longer and was leaving, she suggested that I wait at least 5 more minutes. I can only appreciate the clean, beautiful and disrespectful client.
After some time, I was advised by an excellent specialist, with whom everything worked out. I added a star just for her sake. This time I didn't have to wait for an appointment for several weeks. I was booked for an hour-long massage. I arrived in advance, but I was called for the procedure 5 minutes later. Next, filling out the form, cramming the course, changing clothes - massage started at 16:20 instead of 16:00. It is optimal to allocate 10 minutes for preparation, but not 1/3 of the procedure time. A sports massage was announced, but it didn't even smell close, and the course was also sold in the process. At 16:58 the end, it was clearly felt like the master was just stretching the time. I don't know what 80 rubles is for.
