And when the courier left and I did look at WHAT was inside, I'm sorry, I don't even have enough indignation to describe it. It's better to just look at the photo. If someone suddenly does not immediately understand what is on them, then these are tongues. I ordered 6 of them. Thanks to the reviews. Conclusion: I can't call it anything but customer fraud. Be sure to open the packages with these, if I may say so, "pastries" and see WHAT they are trying to sell you. And refuse if they bring you such monsters instead of tongues. It's a shame."
I have been using the service since the beginning of its existence. Previously, I did not go to the store physically at all, I only used delivery. Unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse with each order. Fruits often turn out to be spoiled and it's not so easy to do something about it. Especially considering that the delivery time at our address is from 10 to 22, that is, stay at home all day. And then, to return the damaged goods again, stay at home all day.

Sporting chickens, potatoes at a fabulous price (the cheapest has been 2.56 per kilo for a month), promotions whose terms are impossible to understand. Not so long ago, the 1+1 promotion. And I read the conditions, but nowhere, even in small print, did I see exactly how to "adjust" the quantity of goods in the basket, and in fact - the same action as with a regular purchase - although I should have guessed that it was necessary to click on the quantity of goods twice. As a result, a purchase in the amount of more than 100.00 rubles, but I did not understand what I bought - neither quality nor quantity
The client is 4 years old, the quality is getting worse. I bought a fillet of turkey meat. One of them had a sour smell and taste after opening. The return of low-quality goods was refused due to the inability to confirm the storage conditions with me and that 5 days have passed since delivery. At the same time, the expiration date is more than 2 weeks. For the delivery of 9 rubles, it is more important than maintaining the loyalty of a regular customer. The review is not published publicly on their website, mostly only positive ones are published.
Everything that has been accumulated over many years of hard work has been ruined in a short time. I ordered chilled trout today (Denmark) - they brought a frank rotten one! I returned it back. There are no complaints about the delivery - they work like clockwork.
What happened to our favorite e-delivery!?! The service is disgusting. Couriers ask if a receipt is needed. The product of poor quality cannot be returned. Even if the manufacturer of the product agrees with the claim. Specialist Kristina will send you to the lockdown, because she does not eat such a product, and they have the highest quality goods in stock. But not the one that will be delivered to you. You will be sent in direct text ... To the mailbox. That will not help you get rid of a low-quality product in any way.
We waited for the courier from 10 to 14, and eventually arrived at 17, which was extremely inconvenient. And besides, I brought broken eggs. They refused to make a refund. Order No.36497473
A terrible point! If you don't come, it's closed, then we're closed, although it's still an hour before closing. And there is never any information that the department is not working today, or is not working as scheduled!!!

They violate the law on consumer protection, which says that low-quality products are subject to return. They refer to the fact that the quality is not shared. But this is not the norm. Trying to get away from responsibility
I ordered for a long time and for large amounts for a week for the whole family, but recently there have been problems with some products: milk, frozen foods, bread, etc
The milk turned sour 5 days before the expiration date. Probably, the storage, packaging and delivery regime is not being observed.
Dumplings and so on are stuck together. And so on
I don't recommend it
I will buy it myself in other stores.
