Hello, I would like to change my review from excellent to terrible, because I am very disappointed in this service center, as I had high hopes for this service with a display problem, namely, it stopped responding to any clicks, to which I was told that it was definitely for replacing the display and so on, as a result after 7 days of waiting and explanations that "here is a slightly different problem , we must wait " the phone was repaired , for which I gave 310 rubles, after which I went home, hoping that everything would work well, as a result, 2-3 days passed and after repeated torments with this phone during its use, and that's right, very strong suspensions, and on the last day everything returned to normal, I carried it back, and there were still claims that this was a display, I think okay, they redid it under warranty for the second time, I think everything will work now, I pasted a protective glass in order to accurately secure my phone, but no, from my light, slightly careless collision of the phone with the table, the matrix cracked, not the protective glass, not the screen glass, but the matrix, which means that this is not a warranty case, but a new repair was offered to me with a "very pleasant discount " of 65 rubles and that turns out to be 245.Subsequently, no matter where I consulted and no matter who I asked, every single one of them told me "bad sizing of the matrix" but there is no way to prove it and I will not return my money, and even on kufar I will now even disassemble it, even for 100 rubles I will not sell it.I really hope that the e group staff will contact me and we will come to some kind of solution to this problem, but so far my feedback is as follows .

Before the warranty repair, they said that it would be possible to return the funds if it breaks again, now it turns out that this is possible after 3!! warranty repairs!! How to do ***** the same thing, you can expect different results. I'm going to the main office to fight with everyone I can.
