I smashed the Apple Watch on the second day of their purchase. I decided not to save on repairs, because I really felt sorry for them.
After the repair, they said that now the watch cannot be wetted (fitness watches that swim with). There were glue bugs around the screen. They told me - don't worry, they will fall off (they didn't fall off, I chipped them off with a toothpick from a new watch, but the glue is still visible).
Subsequently, I needed to replace the watch with a new one through the manufacturer. And the manufacturer concluded that my screen is singe Chinese.
And highly professional specialists from the European service took almost 300 rubles for this wonderful screen, and this was 1.5 years ago. For comparison, today the replacement of the original screen costs 308 rubles
It was not possible to assess the quality of the repair, but the quality of service is almost at zero. The MacBook Pro 13 was caught in the rain and did not turn on. I lay in the service for almost a month, as a result, I received only an indistinct answer that it would be expensive to restore. At the same time, no more details (later I gave it to another service, and in a week we were able to name a clear cost of the belt, which is not so high).
I wouldn't have written this review if it wasn't for the problem with charging. Instead of charging me, they returned another one used by someone, which had almost a torn wire. They did not respond to the request to change it, they constantly offered to call back later.
Impeccable service. I brought a non-working computer there, the guys looked at it, diagnosed it, found a malfunction, indicated how it could be fixed and in the end did not charge me a penny.
They gave the laptop for diagnosis and subsequent repair, they said they would diagnose and tell the information within 2-3 days. After 3 days, no call, nothing. I decided to dial myself and find out what and how, they said on the first number that nothing was known and gave the number of the main center. I called the main center, there is no information on the laptop and they said that there would not be time yet, almost 2 weeks have passed since the master is on vacation… It is not clear why they did not call and did not provide this information themselves. This attitude leaves only a negative feedback:/ They would have called and reported, there were no questions… And so, alas, only a star for not informing customers. I will not say anything about the quality of the repair because it did not come to this

The HP Pavilion v7 laptop started shutting down at minimum load loads. I decided to take it to the nearest service near the office. I clearly knew that the problem was not with thermal paste, because I change it in a timely manner, every 6 months. I immediately told the girl who took the laptop that this was definitely not the problem, to which she replied that she would mark it. After 5 long days, I returned for my laptop and was told with a smile on my face that the thermal paste had been changed... I did not swear for a long time, I came home and made sure that the problem was not solved and decided to take it to the e-group service (a colleague advised). There, I also immediately explained that I had changed the thermal paste and that was not the problem! They said they would diagnose it and call back. The next day they said that my HDD had come to an end and this is not uncommon, on laptops older than 5 years, and even in the previous service, I was given one of the cheapest thermal pastes. They offered to put an SSD instead of my dead HDD, to which I gave the go-ahead, as well as replace the thermal paste with a better one, which I politely refused. And oh, a miracle ! By the evening I was told that everything was ready. In addition to replacing the SSD, I also had the paste replaced for free. But the question remained open, did it help? I came home, ran a couple of tests, and really, everything is working fine now. I am very grateful to the masters for the speed and care of my laptop. Of course, all the data from my semi-dead HDD was transferred to a new hard drive. Thank you again, I will definitely be back!
