I gave the phone to replace the display. The glass was broken a little, but they told me to change the display, because the phone is frameless, the glass is not changed separately. It is worth noting that I walked with a broken glass for two weeks, used it normally, there were no other defects... They changed my display in Corona City, I paid 180 rubles. But I still couldn't use the phone... When calling, it just turned off... A minute of conversation, two, turns off when 10 seconds ... brought back. And then the most interesting thing began... For a week they searched for the cause of the breakdown, then they said that the defective display was still going to be changed again, and the next day they already say that it's not about the display, it needs to be flashed. I asked to give money to me for the display, but I was told that it was not a warranty case, because the display is working. And the fact that the phone does not work after their repair is not their problem, but mine.. Like, the master couldn't spoil anything. As a result, I was left without a phone and without money ...
For the sake of interest, I called other services (in 3), explained the situation, to which they all replied that if the phone was working before replacing the display, most likely the wizard messed up when replacing the display, touched the board. Unfortunately, I can't prove anything, because when accepting the receipt, they write "accepted without a full functional check", and who would have thought that I would have to prove that I spoke normally on the phone?
It's just a disgusting attitude, I don't advise it if they can't even replace the display.
If suddenly the comrades from the e -group decide to respond, then my order number is k9343/1. Although there is essentially nothing to answer. Unscrupulous!

This is the worst service center that can only be found in Minsk. We handed over a macbook for cleaning and repairing the connector. They promised to do everything in a short time and inform us the next day. We talked to the center's specialist by phone only 4 days later and then only after our call, we were informed that the MacBook had been cleaned, but in order for the CONNECTOR to work, we still need to pay 320 rubles to replace the controller, we refused.
It was also difficult to get through to pick up the laptop, the phone number was constantly unavailable, we were already stressed that we would not take the gadget back at all.
After taking the laptop a week later and barely TEARING off your sticker, which no one asked you to glue, it turned out that the CONNECTOR works. It turns out that the usual cleaning of the laptop helped, but they just wanted to take 320 rubles from us into their pocket. We are just shocked, we will never recommend this center!!!!! If you do not want to be deceived and lose your equipment, never contact this center!!!!!!!

I do not recommend it! We have contacted this place twice. And twice one is treated, and the other is mutilated!!! The first time it was necessary to fix the gap for charging a mobile phone. The connector was repaired, but then it was returned twice, because the speaker in the phone stopped working, and they could not fix it in any way. For the second time, we believed the good reviews (lies!!!!). It was necessary to replace the laptop keyboard. It was replaced, but the touchpad stopped working, it just wouldn't press. After repeated treatment, they said that the problem was in the battery. But for some reason, after the initial diagnosis, when the master called back and asked which of the identified problems needed to be fixed, they did not say anything about the battery. As a result, they returned it, the touchpad is already working, but the case was not completely closed. And today, two days later it turned out (the laptop is working, the sound was not checked immediately), and the speaker in the laptop does not work!!! Terrible quality of work!!!
