We held our New Year's Eve corporate party in this institution on December 20th. There are no complaints about the music or the staff.
But there are big complaints about the kitchen. We ordered chebureks with meat and cheese, but instead there were fried dumplings. Can you provide dumplings with cheese? That's right, they don't exist and never did. To my question, what is it? The answer was - Chebureks!
There should have been 4 chebureks in a serving, but there were 6 pieces of dumplings. And the price was like for chebureks. We ordered 18 servings! They brought dumplings and claimed that they were chebureks! And the meat? Look at the photos of meat for the company in the menu, but what was served was fundamentally, that is, completely wrong. And in addition, it's also cold. The answer to my question was that there were a lot of people, and the kitchen was very busy. It's not clear if you can't handle it, then why recruit so many customers?

the prices do not correspond to the level of the institution. one of the advantages is the visual design of the booths. I didn't like anything else. the service is poor, the staff is not very polite. the equipment has an inconvenient remote control, there is a sound out of sync with the text on the TV. the kitchen is ordinary, it does not pull at its price.

The place is about nothing, the sound is about nothing, there is no kitchen at all , the guards, if they see that you are alone , can come up after paying the bill and kick you out and hit you in the face, a crowd of men lowered the girl down the stairs! They still have cockroaches ! And the hair was in the salad !!!! It is not worth going to Kurmangazy, they delete comments, and so many people know them as the worst place, it turns out!

Of the minuses, the reception area is small, the hostess girl works alone when there are a lot of people, you have to dictate your phone in front of all honest people! I also want to pay attention to the security, it is desirable that there is also someone in the hall who keeps order: during the rest, a heavily drunk man sat down with us, began to behave indecently. There was no security in the hall, the music was loud and while the waiters were shouted at, the rest was somewhat spoiled…

We celebrated our birthday at the Kurmangazy branch, booked a booth in advance and negotiated all the conditions. They said that they work on weekdays until 05:00 in the morning, but at 3 a.m. they said that the bar was closed, then half an hour later, not the administrator, not the waiters, but the guards brazenly entered our booth and said in a dissatisfied tone that they were closing. To our dissatisfaction, the guards: "The Foreign Ministries of kyrtpai, the apparaturans of oshirip tastashy" -responded in this way. Before that, we ordered pepperoni pizza for the child, and there were very thinly sliced sausages and a bunch of bell peppers. They wanted to order alcoholic drinks at the bar, but in response they heard this is not, that is not, and no, no. You see, only the most expensive items are left on the menu.
About 2 years ago, we were at the branch on Saina, where 4 people paid about 30,000 tenge for a booth, but our order exceeded 2,000 tenge. and then again the guard followed us to the restroom and to the smoking room. As if the four of us would run away because of these 2,000 tenge 🤦🏻♂️ When I asked the guard not to follow me at least to the toilet, not the waiter, not the administrator, again the guard brought us the bill and told us to leave the establishment.
In general, the institution is good, but you need to hire normal guards or raise them a little bit so that they walk around with a satisfied look

Otherwise, the institution disappointed us, we were not very welcome, it looked like they doubted our solvency, we did not pull on the VIP Kazakhs, rotten grapes were brought in a cheese plate, to be fair, I note that the dish was changed without question, I asked to put the song out of turn as an apology, I reminded the waiters three times, they claimed that the manager will be called, but he never deigned to come up. A very nice old lady cleans up, unfortunately, even in the hall you can smell the restrooms, maybe there are problems with the pipes, and not with cleaning.

Next, we ordered hot after 30! Minutes came and said that there is no such dish ! We ordered another one and got it in 40-50 minutes, I didn't even want to eat anymore.
Youngsters also work as hookahs, I suspect that this is also illegal, not that smoking is prohibited until 18, and even more so to work where you need to smoke all night .... By the way, they are slow and messed up two hookahs, the tobacco burned, they did not come to change the coals, although they called them 7 times, well, for dessert they brought us an awesome bill where there was a bill for the fact that they had karaoke for free only until 11, and after every hour it costs 4000, of course no one I warned about this in advance, it's just a full bottom, not an institution, I strongly advise against it

But the kitchen was terrible last time. I ordered chicken ramen and ate half of it from hunger, only then I felt the taste - it was terrible.
I do not recommend ordering sushi at all, the fish is clearly not the first freshness and some incomprehensible sauces on top, apparently just to dilute the taste of stale fish.
Only the alcohol was normal , but obviously not to spoil it here
