I want to put more! Great hotel!
I'll start from the beginning. We were checked into the hotel at 14:00. We booked the room and already knew that they would move us (with my husband) to the second floor in room 213. The room is small but very comfortable. A great bathroom with a bathtub. All plumbing is excellent, nothing drips or leaks anywhere. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Therefore, it is always warm and dry there, even at night.
Snow-white bed linen, towels.
At the entrance there is a double-leaf wardrobe with a safe and a set of hangers. There are 2 cleanest bathrobes and slippers hanging for you. Next, there is a bedside table with a refrigerator in the room. The hotel also provides a kettle with a set of tea and coffee, sugar and bottles of water.
There is a work table (for those who need it) with a lamp.
Our room had windows facing the courtyard. Very convenient;) quiet! We perceive evening music normally and it did not bother us. When they wanted to sleep, they closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioner. After 23:00 there was silence and then the window was opened.
Morning breakfast is something you can talk about a lot ;) He's just gorgeous! Several types of porridge, omelette, fried eggs, hot (meatballs, baked beef and........), pancakes, cupcakes, baked pies (samsa), sweet biscuits, fresh vegetables, herbs, fresh fruits (cherries, strawberries, bananas, several types of apples), honey, condensed milk, nuts of several types, yoghurts and.............. Coffee is brewed for you: cappuccino, latte, espresso. I didn't list a lot of things;))
Cleanliness is worth mentioning separately. It's clean everywhere. Cleanliness and punctuality in everything!
I've studied a lot of hotels, but I didn't regret choosing this one for a minute. The hotel is 10 out of 5. And that's what I'm saying while living here! We are very pleased with the hospitality of this institution! We wish you only prosperity!

Nice hotel, excellent service. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The only downside is the restaurant, it's loud and noisy when some kind of banquet is taking place there. Although the food is delicious there.

The hotel is located in the center of Samarkand (you will have to walk to the historical part of the city, 20-25 minutes or take a few minutes by taxi, which you need to call via Yandex (the service works very well - everything is fast and cheap).
I am absolutely delighted with the hotel, starting from its appearance and the mega friendly staff (the guys speak Russian perfectly, they will answer all the questions that arise and help solve any problem!!! That's 11 out of 10 points for the staff!!!) ending with the numbers themselves.
I read reviews from other tourists that the windows overlook the courtyard and because of this, the rooms are dark, and I was a little afraid of this. I got a room on the second floor with a balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout curtains that keep out sunlight. Probably, if the curtains are kept constantly closed, then there will be little light in the room, but very often I did not even turn on the light, it was enough that came from the window (during the daytime, of course).
I also read about the noise from the restaurant. Yes, it's loud, you can hear it all over the neighborhood, but because of this, even a certain atmosphere is created, and at exactly 23:00 everything goes quiet. If you close the balcony and turn on the air conditioner, then overall the sound insulation works well. It didn't bother me at all (well, I didn't go to bed before 23), I even visited a restaurant a couple of times)
Breakfast. The breakfasts are not very varied, but you will not stay hungry!!! Fresh vegetables and herbs, several types of sausage, sausages + boiled eggs, you can also order scrambled eggs or omelette + fresh delicious berries and fruits (watermelon, melon, cherries, apricots) and local sweets - raisins, dried apricots, nuts, halva. For lovers of milk in the morning, there was also something.
I checked into the hotel on my birthday and received a gift from the hotel - a bottle of wine with a huge tray of fruits (I ate for several days).
I am very glad that I chose this particular hotel.
By the way, there is one of the most popular restaurants across the street (a couple of minutes on foot).

Elegant furniture, comfortable rooms. Everything Is Expensive, Rich! but it is impossible to live here, there is a restaurant in the hotel, so there is thundering music... it's a horror, all the time. Apparently, for the owner, the restaurant occupies the main place, but the guests of the hotel-somehow. Reception-does not solve anything, everyone forgets!? I don't recommend it

A great hotel!! One of the most beautiful I've stayed in. And I've been to 25+ countries. The service is perfect! Despite the fact that our suite was not ready upon arrival, the staff with their service and gift of the 1st night at the hotel perfectly got out of the situation and smoothed the impression! The hotel is new! The suite is one love! The service and attitude to the guests are the highest! Hilton is resting) The music was not annoying, but entertaining. Sirius Restaurant is very atmospheric. I liked the breakfast! There is also a Platan restaurant 200m from the hotel - be sure to go. I thank all the staff for the wonderful emotions! ❤

A wonderful customer-oriented hotel. There was discomfort from the night noise of the guests coming down from the restaurant and deciding to play the piano in the hotel lobby and sing songs at 12 o'clock at night. The receptionist personally apologized, and a pleasant surprise awaited in the room - a fruit plate and a bottle of wine. The breakfasts are very tasty. Once there was a slight blemish on the part of the staff - they did not have time to serve, they did not deliver some products at our request, which were no longer left by the time we arrived. But these are small things, nonsense. In general, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The windows in the room overlook the corridor to the elevator. There is no access to sunlight. The mattress on the bed frame walks about 10 centimeters. One turns and the other flinches. They noticed it right after arrival. There was paper under one of the legs. They left a complaint and asked to be eliminated. We returned after 3 hours, the only thing that changed was another paper under another leg. The audibility is such that it feels like someone is talking in your room. The shower is running all over the room, the floor is all wet. But at the same time, the room is positioned as a suite.

The hotel is located in the center, the atmosphere is pleasant. That's just nonsense I didn't understand with the Windows facing the hotel lobby! Nothing can stay for one night, but if 2-3 nights, then you already feel discomfort without natural sunlight and fresh air! They took two payments for the city tax, which I noticed when calculating! I was told that I had counted incorrectly. I did not argue, I took the bill, went for a walk, left my suitcase at the reception until the evening, counted it - the tax was doubled anyway! Overpayment of 500 rubles. - I did not apply again in the evening when I picked up the suitcase. Just a conclusion, they are deliberately going to cheat!

Great hotel. Two issues that need to be addressed by the owners:
Heating in the rooms and breakfast.
The room can only be warmed up with air conditioning (radiators do not work). And the breakfasts are very modest for a hotel of this level. Otherwise, everything is fine.
