The staff is very kind and pleasant, the atmosphere is friendly, and everyone I've talked to is a professional. I was going to have 8 surgeries, for the first time, I was very nervous, but the surgeon girl and her assistant did an excellent job, they let me hold the antistress for the duration of the operation :). It's the second day after that, I feel great, even my cheek is not swollen, after removing a compound tooth, it may also have been influenced by the fact that I periodically applied cold to my cheek for about 6 hours. The operation feels painless, but when the tooth starts to dislocate, it hurts a little (about 4 points out of 10), as the surgeon explained, it is impossible to completely remove this pain, but it happens very quickly, you need to be patient for a maximum of 10 seconds. The prices are adequate and fully justified. I am completely satisfied with the treatment, I recommend this excellent clinic to everyone!

And about the Reception - if there is a possibility of a conder, as the summer was very hot.
And when the girl (Reception) loudly asks about diseases, it's awkward (I'm okay) but when the question is whether there are hepatitis B, etc. And there are other customers there, it's very uncomfortable. I would not like to be asked LOUDLY in front of everyone, even without having such diseases.
My doctor asked me again later, but this is when you are sitting in a chair and it was calm, and not in public.

I got there by accident, I just saw a clinic near my house. I was pleasantly surprised! The prices are quite standard for a paid clinic, while the attitude towards the client is at the highest level. I used to use the services of an expensive specialist and even there was no such thing. This is not only an open and friendly attitude on the part of the staff, or the practice of calling clients with a reminder of a visit is already standard for most clinics, but also an attitude during treatment. I didn't know that a visit to the dentist could be so comfortable, no matter how strange it might sound. I was treated by Veronica's therapist, and I am ready to safely recommend this specialist. But if you plan to go on a weekday afternoon, it is better to take a taxi, since you will not find a parking space. Or by metro, Frunzenskaya station is literally a minute's walk away. I rarely write reviews, but they are objectively deserved here.

In July, I came to the clinic for a consultation. After consulting with Denis Matusevich, a surgeon, and Evgeny Gaidamovich, an orthopedist, I realized for sure that these were the doctors I would definitely come to and I could trust myself. And I was not mistaken even once, the attitude is at the highest level! These are doctors of the highest category who know their job and they are doctors from God, with a wonderful sense of humor. If someone doubts or is afraid to go to the dentist, install an implant, or just treat a tooth, then you are definitely here, you will lose your uncertainty, etc., and after treatment you will leave with a good mood. I recommend the ISIDENTIST clinic.
I had a long process ahead (and not all): replacement of fillings, installation of implants, installation of crowns, removal, and here is a beautiful smile, we did it!!!

If it wasn't for this clinic, I would have waited a few more days before being admitted to another one. She would have died like that. The girls here are just angels, very polite and sweet, you feel welcome. For the first time in a paid clinic, I was asked what I was going to drive home on and if I needed a face mask. Such care and participation, even if it's just an algorithm of work, captivate and leave a pleasant impression :)
My tooth was removed by Khodjaev Mekan, a very pleasant and polite surgeon, who even amused me in some ways. In general, it was easy, fast and not scary at all. I also received very good advice on the rest of the teeth that need to be removed.
Despite the fact that the clinic is located far from home, I will still contact you here :). 10\10

I got a double impression, I went for the treatment of two teeth (caries), the examination was somehow carried out superficially, usually dentists record the condition of all teeth, but then they just looked, they didn't even say anything about the rest of the teeth. The doctor seemed to do it carefully, but was confused by the number of anaesthesia, in other clinics they gave me a much smaller number of injections (I treated the same teeth but on the other hand).
What really pissed me off was the constant walking of people (the door was constantly opening, something was being brought in, taken out, I don't know what they were doing there, but somehow it was disrespectful during the reception) and the assistant girl, who did practically nothing and didn't know: she had to ask for a saliva pump herself, the girl didn't know what was where the doctor was constantly missing something for work, he asked her to bring it, she left for 5-10 minutes, as a result (it was obvious from the doctor's reaction) she brought the wrong thing. Also, during the filling (perhaps always, in cases where a cofferdam is used), the saliva pump was not used, I treated the two upper teeth, I lay with my head thrown back, it was simply impossible to swallow in this position, but they filled it for a long time and never turned on the saliva pump, I had to choke on saliva + it was extremely difficult to breathe.
I was also surprised at the cost of treatment, the doctor at the beginning of the appointment said that one tooth decay requires a large filling, and the second one is not so terrible, and from the photos that the doctor took during treatment, it was clear that there were small holes on the second tooth, but they counted me as 2 large fillings. Very strange
I look at the rave reviews about the clinic, and I don't understand - am I just unlucky?)
