since the first day of opening, I've been digging up a lot of models for years and the house is more littered than their store and the latest expensive models are so bad that I gave them to the neighbors, and yesterday I wanted to buy and asked for a discount (it's like respect for the customer) they refused and I bought it , because this model is good , but I would have fired the entire management and reviewed the company's policy and it was expensive, but the quality became very poor , they used to be very good, but now you rarely find it .

Terrible service. They asked what size 45 is, they said that everything is there. As a result, there really wasn't a pair of the right size in the store. The consultants are detached, not helpful. It's a pity (ecco is a favorite brand, but the store in the north is a nightmare

They flatly refused to make a discount on the last pair of size 45 shoes with an obvious defect (severe abrasion of the nubuck). The decision-maker was not contacted. Instead of discussing the reasons for not presenting the discount, the store manager allegedly "took" the pair from sale. I bet they'll put it back right away. Indescribable greed.
I've been buying shoes at ecco all my life, this is the first time I've encountered this attitude.

The range is not rich. Prices are a third higher than other comparably large cities, and twice as expensive as the order option in online stores. You can go in and feel it, but we buy the same things in other places. There are no complaints about the quality, of course :-)
