A wonderful, cozy hotel, which is located in a very nice part of the city. A wonderful host, he made concessions to everything we wanted. The wonderful staff, especially the girl at the reception, also helped a lot, did everything they didn't ask for, flawlessly and with a smile (order a taxi, change money, print papers and much more). In general, we recommend only positive emotions to everyone

A great hotel in a residential area with beautiful houses. We had a rest with our family and were very happy) The rooms are clean and tidy, the room has a safe and climate control. The hotel has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The only drawback is that there is no metro nearby, but otherwise everything is great !

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cozy rooms, there is a shower room, refrigerator, TV, as well as on-site: Wi-Fi, swimming pool, laundry, video surveillance, Parking. Quiet area, within walking distance: cafes, shops, pharmacies. There is a delicious breakfast, according to the Swiss table method, but it is better to come early! In general, the hotel is excellent for its money!

Photos of the courtyard are old - the highlight of this hotel is already three floors high and is not supported, dried leaves are mixed with green ones - not very nice.

The chairs in the dining room are a little dirty-it doesn't add to the cuteness.

The rooms are cozy, although small. The air conditioner is central, it doesn't blow like a wall in your face. The only drawback is the hooks in the bathroom, which are not there. It is not clear where to hang the towels.

There is a strong smell of sewage in the room, but if you open the window, there are endlessly giving dogs. There are flies in the bathroom. The room has very thin walls, so you can hear everything from the street. I got room 112 next to the exit, it's absolutely impossible to fall asleep from the sound of the gate slamming. When asked to relocate, the indifferent answer is: "there are no rooms."

We arrived with a company (4 girls and 3 children) for 3 days, settled in 2 rooms, a day later we were informed that the rooms were booked and asked us to move out, while they said they would find and help us with moving (with suitcases, transfer and more) to another hotel. BUT we had to look for it ourselves and we also had to move ourselves. And those administrators who promised to disappear somewhere. Unfortunately, the rest for us and the children was spoiled. I wouldn't put a single star. I do not recommend it.
