The exterior of the house does not quite match the photo. Well photographed. The rooms are dark, not clean. The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The walls on the ground floor are painted dark. Plywood partitions. The audibility of the neighbors is very high. All 10 days there was a stomp from the neighbors, who were located on the top floor. There is no sound insulation. Far from the sea, very far. The market is located nearby. The yard is small. Guests must purchase toilet paper, soap, kitchen cloths, and fairies on their own. The kitchen is small, in which most of the guests hang out for days. The hosts are very friendly. But next time I wouldn't go to this hotel. I recommend finding a hotel near the Temple!!!
One plus is the friendly hosts. The air conditioner was working fine. The sea and the air helped to relax. In general, I love Pitsunda very much for its divinity.

We rested at Lolita's just before the rains began. A very pleasant and clean house, the hospitality of the hostess is beyond praise, I would like to note separately that she has a small kiosk in the market a hundred meters away where she cooks chebureks herself, very tasty))) the only negative, and even that is very controversial, is the distance from the sea, walking with sand for 10-15 minutes, but at night it is quiet and calm, closer to the sea there is a cafe where music screams until midnight and drunken vacationers walk, so it's still more of a plus. In general, I advise and recommend. If I visit Pitsunda again, I will definitely try to visit Lolita))
