It's a great place. This is the best place to spend time between flights. 10 minutes from the airport. Gazebos and barbecues in the yard. A small house for 4-5 people. Nearby there is a delicious shawarma, lula, etc.

They were picked up from the airport, taken, brought... They fed , watered, and put me to bed. A soulful hotel, near the airport, for transit norms. Next time I will use Yandex taxi and settle somewhere in the center of Yerevan.. drive 20 minutes longer (you can get into traffic).

I stayed at this hotel to relax during the long docking. A very pleasant host, settled into a separate house, turned on the heating, ordered a barbecue for me, made delicious coffee. When it was time to return to the airport, I called a taxi, which was very affordable.
I recommend.

We got here by coincidence, this place was not specially booked. The rooms are old, the bathroom also wants the best. In general, I think the price for such a room is too high. The only plus is that it is close to the airport. It takes 10 minutes by car.

Clean, spacious, close to the airport, towels, soap, shower gel are available. One of the disadvantages is paying only in cash. On the plus side, they gave the change in the currency they paid in, and they didn't cheat on the course.
A great option to spend the night.

I had a transplant, and I decided to save a little money on my head, for a change, and it wasn't worth it at all! It is better to pay 45 euros instead of 35 and stay in a great Metropolis than here, for that price. I still can't understand why Yerevan has such a poor ratio of hotel quality and price, in fact, one of the worst ratios among many places where I have been.
The staff is generally pleasant, and the hotel itself is quite atmospheric, there is a nice garden. And yes, it is relatively close to the airport (but to be honest, even the city center is not that far away). But I had enough impressions of the rooms themselves.
cockroach. For the first time in my life, I saw a cockroach in a hotel, when I went into the bathroom, he ran out from behind the door to the toilet. Damn cockroach! Because of this, I slept with the light in the bathroom and the door closed, if I saw the second one, I think I would just spit on the 35 euros and go somewhere else, even at night.
WRONG ADDRESS. Secondly, the address of the hotel on Booking (and in Yandex, not by point, but by address) is simply wrong, I took the address from Booking, and my taxi took me to some building a few blocks closer to the city, at one o'clock in the morning... Thanks to the driver who actually called this place and took me there and didn't leave me there at night.
HOT WATER. When I took a shower, the hot water just stopped flowing after about 2 minutes, I waited for a few minutes and in general I had to wash my hair with cold water because the hot water just wouldn't go.
USED TOWELS. The shower towel in the bathroom felt like it had already been used and not washed (after staying in many hotels around the world, you already understand how to recognize it, the cotton is not harsh but too soft)... But a small face towel was fine.
The mattress was also very hard, not comfortable at all.
And in the morning, the owner asked how I spent my time, I said, "well, I think it's okay for one night," and he replied, "what did you expect for such a price?". Awesome... Keep in mind that the price is not that low when compared with other places in Yerevan, and if you add a little more, you can stay in the best places. Not to mention that 35 euros is enough to rent good hotels or apartments in Georgia or even in Moscow.
So if possible, go somewhere else.

It's dirty, noisy, and the staff don't give a damn about anything. The room smells bad. I don't recommend it.

Only one room looks decent (which is in the photo.The hotel is on the highway. We had a room in the basement. It's cold, no breakfast, no dinner. It's good that there is hot water.

A cozy little hotel, there is an orchard with gazebos, a summer kitchen, a barbecue. Good-natured hosts can meet guests at the train station if you call.
